  • Of all spin off of yogi's..This my favorite!!! I love it...What a memories!!!!

  • Thank god they did re-runs of the 50's, 60's, 70's & 80's shows when I was a kid in the 90's & early-00's. Was good to see what happened before the 90's & was cool when my parent's would walk in the room & say "yes I watched that as a kid" like Pink Panther or Wacky Races. Sadly nowadays they only re-run 1 or 2 90's shows late at night. Kids of today are missing-out big-time.

  • Horrible. This video has raped my ears viciously. I don't think I can ever get over how bad this really is.

  • Another old, but oh so classic cartoon that was made with great thought and effort. Another cartoon that clearly shows the makers' love for their work and we who grew up with it got to enjoy it.

Mainstream cartoons of today can go down the drain for all I care

  • Song still gets me excited

  • one of the Best openings, 25 years after, and still is great.

    I miss those days.....

  • @Peter1999 Funtastic!, Funtastic!, It's Fun, Fun, Fun, Fun, FUNNNNNNNNNNNNNTASTIC!

  • Comment removed

  • Reminds me of the Ronald Regan years lol

  • Could this theme be any more 80s?..You can almost picture the characters breakdancing to the theme..I love it!..Childhood memories

  • I JUST CAN'T GET OVER IT!!!

RIDDLES AND MYSTERIES ... FUUUN TAS TIC!!! at :046 gives me the THRILL each and every single fucking timeeee!!!!

  • LOVE HOW ALWAYS TOPCAT is the leader!!

  • The coolest thing about this great intro is the key change at 0:47

  • I loved this cartoon so much. Tom Ruegger was a writer for this show and he would later produce Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, and Histeria. And the theme is sung by Jon Bauman who played Bowzer on Sha-Na-Na.

  • Dirk dasterdly's cockpit is huge for such a complex machine (spaceship, sub land rover)- i've been inside tanks and even those are cramped as all hell

  • This song was so damn catchy.

  • I had an old VHS of this as a kid, wonder why no ones released this on DVD yet, would be good for some cheesy nostalgic fun.

  • Yogi's Treasure Hunt intro

  • I still have the Greed Monster VHS tape.

  • this song is about LSD

  • I really loved this crossover shows, when i was little :) The other one was the funolimpics, or what was its name...

  • It seems that Dick Dastardly and Muttley didn't liked the video (2 dislikes).

  • Yeah I remember this from the Ronald Regan days in the 80's!

  • fun fun funtastic! :D

  • With all the various H-B shows coming out on dvd I hope someday this one does

  • what a DAMN CLASSIC....

  • i got a vhs of yogi's treasure hunt to bee or not to bee at goodwill

  • Dastardly and Muttley was my favourite

  • I used to watch this every Sunday before my Mom and I go to the market.

  • I love this intro!!!! Like rap to kids jajajajajaja

  • Lookin for Treasure in the strangest places! Lovin that line

  • wow i miss this!!! *sniff

  • I remember this show.

    Ah...memories...

  • lol Ranger Smith

  • Long live Yogi Bear! ^^

  • I remember the intro song better than the show itself, but I kinda watched the reruns on cartoon network some years ago.

  • Thanks for uploading this. I haven't seen the intro, let alone the show, in over a decade.

  • I wish they'd put the series on dvd

  • Not one of the best, great intro though "Looking for Treasure in the strangest places"

  • im so lucky, i get to watch this kind of cartoons during my childhood days.

todays cartoons are kinda violent and not suitable for kids

  • Dwnlad this in awesome quality now just Search Google 'TheNewsBuzz"

  • OMG!!! What a show was this one! It was just like a dream. All my favorite character in the same show :) I loved it

  • brings me way back :)

  • This cartoon is much better then the sum of it's cartoon parts.

I mean they have a pirate ship capable of flying and is chased by villains in a sub/car/spaceship

  • funtastic ¡¡¡¡

  • OMG I Love this intro!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i LOVE YOGI TRESURE HUNT :d

  • This was the thrid series starring dastardly and muttley, and think it was the best, since yogi was in it.

  • Inspector Gadget with three words and THIS with ONE WORD!!!~!!!

  • to the uploader: this is OLDSCHOOL?

i dunno for sure, isn't this series made in the 80s or 90s?

that's not oldschool..compared tot he original cartoons made in the 50s-60s...the animation is pretty fluid and crisp, see the original cartoons to compare.

the 90s had good animation for the most part, and some very complex graphics.

cartoons today are more like the 60s-simple, jerky and lack animation or originality -see HB cartoons copying each other

geez you make me feel old by saying that.

  • 1980s. I'd call it old-school. It's over 20 years old.

  • FU FU FU FU FU FUNTASTIC :d

  • I used to watch this show when I was 11, good childhood memories. Although I wonder why Ranger Smith is a protagonist, isn't he Yogi's enemy?

  • He's not a villain, he's just the authority figure. They just have a friendly rivalry on the show.

  • besides, there is a reason why the villian's name is dick DASTARDLY and it's not just because he's a dick. *muttley snicker*

by comparison Smith is really a authority figure with morals while Dastardly is a just a dick *muttley snicker again*

    "drat drat... and double drat!"

  • oh my god!!! i used to love this so much! it used to make me late for school coz i used to love the intro so much lol

  • My fav cartooon show ever.

  • havent heard the theme like 12yrs atleast...Cartoon Network

  • It's still better than most of the cartoons today.

  • you shouldn't nitpick this show for too many characters... you should nitpick "Laff-a-lympics" for not only having WAY too many characters but for having two villians that replace Dick Dastardly and Muttley (Dread Baron and Mumbly) as well as having the villian team being made up of original bad guys made up for the show.

  • Late but I soooooooo agree with this, especially with Mumbly and that Baron dude.

  • I even made up my own team of really rottens who are not made up characters such as Muttley as team captain, Dick Dastardly, Dasterly's teammates Klunk and Zilly from "stop that pigeon", Hooded Claw from that penelope pitstop show, the hypnotist clown from scooby doo, the creeper from scooby doo, and Mr. Jinx because he is technically a villian despite being on Yogi's team.

    is that a better roster?

  • I knew it was Jazz!

  • The guy singing this sounds like Scatman Crothers aka Autobot Jazz

    Gonna get a rhythm

    Gonna get a clue

    Put it altogether

    it's up to you!

  • I remember this on Cartoon Network back when it was still good :(

  • One of my all-time fave 'toons. Add my vote to those calling for this show's release on DVD!

  • So, did they ever find the treasure, or was it the power of friendship or something cheesy like that?

  • wooh throwback! in kid times this theme tune was badass! to this day still hot for a cartoon from 1985, expecially rap which had many walls to break down back in the day, (ahem still does, KMT) bless the Hanna Barbera people for that

  • I used to really love this opening when I was a kid.

I don't even remember much of the show itself. I just loved the intro.

Also, treasure hunting is an undervalued genre in general.

  • lol Wow, I'm the same way. The intro and ending is all I really remember about the show. The theme was much too catchy /to/ forget.

  • @RelativelyBest yeah, once the song was done, so was the show. lol

  • I just hope warner bros. plans a dvd release for yogi's treasure hunt and other yogi shows.

  • Your RIIIIGGHHHHTTTT!!! :D

  • They to just port this shit to DVD so I can but it already...

  • the music is done excellently.

  • this song can be extended to make a dance in MoonWalk Sytle!!:)

  • 0:49 to 0:53 was recorded in my mind forever!!!!

  • The song is so PWNAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I guess after they cleaned the Earth, they decided to look for treasure. I wish they could make more crossovers like these.

  • I used to watch this cartoon all the time. The opening was bananas because it had a good dance beat.

  • fafafa fantasic :D :D :D

  • I belive its fufufu funtastic. or correct me if i'm wrong

  • shot me

  • KiddJetix - Oooh no you don't! Plus, the BEST voice over of all time (Daws Butler) died a LONG time ago, so therefore, no quality in voices.

  • It would be hard to remake a cartoon without the original voices.

  • All episodes can be found on the net

They are TV rips but good quality. Should be enough until official DVDs are released

  • Sorry to burst your bubble cartoonfan959, but DVD of this series is just not going to happen. With the death of William Hanna and Joe Barbera, lots of Hanna-Barbera stuff just hasn't been available. Be lucky that some of it actually did.

  • Warner Bros. is in control and despite the deaths of Mr. Hanna and Mr. Barbera, their cartoon shows are still being released on DVD, Warner Bros are just taking their time with the releases, right now they seem to be stuck in the late 60's, early 70's shows, so it may be a while before any 80's HB shows get released. Who knows it may be one of the first HB series on Blu Ray or something, very unlikely, but it is a possibility.

  • LOVE THIS TUNE... ITS VERY CATCHY. :)

  • FUN TASTIC :D :D :D tresure hunt :D fu fu fun tastic :D

  • brilliant! remeber this show, used to love it, i forgot top cat was in it as well!

  • funn tastic

  • Dear CarltonWils,

Are you asking for a complete listing of shows

from the series..or the show's complete title?

  • Before this series aired in the 1980's.

    Mr.Daws Butler did "TC's"voice for"Yogi's

    Ark Lark"in the 1970's.

  • This syndicated tv cartoon series also

marked the return of "Top Cat" and his voice

    Mr.Arnold Stang.

  • The best Yogi-related show next to Laff-A-Lympics!! Will we ever see this again anywhere?

  • they dont do 'em like this anymore.... :(

  • I watched this show religiously when I was young...I'm 19 now and still love it, thanks Youtube.

  • Notice Dasterly and Muttley were wearing their flight goggles from the Spin off!!!

  • Yet more censorship stupidity: How come they allowed vampires in this but not in the 90's Spiderman cartoon?

  • Well Vampires are allowed in cartoons AS LONG AS THEY DO NOT SHOW THEM BITE THEIR VICTIMS! Count Spankulot from KND is a different story.

Plus Morbius is a different type of vampire, or so I've heard.

  • damn the song is really catchy!!! cool

  • I seem to remember from when I was very little, that I had something on a tape, where one big bear and one small bear ran together and then one big dog and a small dog ran together. But it was taped over really soon, already when I was like four. When I years later watched this show, I seemed to recognize the bears as Yogi and Booboo and the dogs as Doggy Daddy and son. I'm still not sure if that's correct, but if it is, it means that this show was on Swedish television back in the 80s.

  • idiot

  • now heres an 80s cartoon i never missed it was on the USA network then i think the Paw Paw Bears would follow right after.

a couple episodes on youtube would be nice maybe if someone can upload some =)

  • Why won't Boomerang air this?

  • a trip down memort lane, thanks a milion for this

  • nando's treasure hunt

  • OMG!!! I've been wanting to see this intro for years. I always liked it and loved the song! lol I remember watching this on USA...so I'm assuming it was apart of the USA Cartoon Express. Even though I don't remember much abou the show (just that I liked it), the intro song was vivid in my mind. This just made my day. ^_^

  • Anyone got an episode?

  • It Was A Show From 1985

  • i have never heard of this show

  • Could you please the entire series of Yogi's treasure hunt.
