I had the same problem so I got a different version of dolphin that isn't svn; it was beta instead. You should either get a different version of the svn or get a version of dophin beta. 1.01, 1.02, 1.03 should work. Warning: for me, dolphin beta was extremely hard for me to find, and it was so slow when it runs. If anyone knows how to make it run faster, please tell me. Thanks.

You need to install the Visual C++ runtimes. Search google for "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package". It's on Microsoft's website.

Rename the file from *.iso to *.gcm :P If that doesn't work it's a damaged rom i guess... Or you haven't extracted it, if it is a *.rar-file...

@zeonwaber exract all the files, then a map should show up. extract again and then it shall come up a CD icon. this one will work in the emulator

sounds like you need to do some research on the difference between x64 and x86 architecture. lol. to put it simple you can't use the x64 version of dolphin. unless of course you have an x64 compatible processor and a copy of windows xp/vista x64 laying around.

yes you must use an x86 build for 32 bit windows. or otherwise get a copy of windows xp x64. just search for the emulator and make sure you download the 32 bit version.

That's because you downloaded the 64bit version of the dolphin emu. You have to download the 32bit version for windows Xp. Uninstall it, and reinstall the correct one. :D

i have it too and have some problems

1) its slow as hell never over 7 frames per sec

2) sound is comletly fucked up

3) if i want to mount the game isos it just says "fail to munt CD/DVD image" (i used MagicISO)

Hello, could i perhaps ask you something? I'm new to gc emulation, and i've been unable to find any tutorial on this issue. After getting a rom, the rom usually consists of only winrar files and a .sfv file.

Could you perhaps tell me how that can be converted into an iso that can be read by any of the usual iso reading programs? thanks in advance!

You'll need Bittorent download most though.

Use Dual Core and Dynarec, which you can configure in the "Dolphin.ini", set Dual Core = True and Dynarec = True... If it's still slow for you, then you just might have a "bad" computer...
