The leaves on the plate of the flatfish dish are actually those of the japanese maple tree, which do bare a striking resembles to the leaves of the cannibis plant.

The challenger seems very prepared.. didn't seem like he was improvising, even with the sardines mistake (by his assistant) he seemed too hard on himself.

But very impressive and beautiful dishes. Wish I could try out both set of dishes! lol
