I think that youtube change the sound or better compressed audio for issues of space, that yuotube seems that not much space on the hard drive of Server. Otherwise I do not understand why this bad compression

It is unlikely to be that, it would not save much space if any. It is more likely to be an option flag in the video processing scripts left on by mistake.
