X would clearly defeat samus though fo he is TOO over powered :)

@TheMasterboy99 megaman xan only hold up to 9 e tanks. samus has 20 e-tanks. plus she has armors that make her incredibly over powered. she even has a suit that makes her damage reduction to 99%. her screw attack is over powered and she can go up to mach 2 speed. i know megaman defeated quickman (mach 6 speed) but that doesn't mean he would be able to defeat samus. megaman can carry a castle. i dont know his exact max, but samus max is a lot higher than megaman's. X kills samus though.
But you have to remember, Megaman has always fought rediculiously cheap enemy's that spray a multitude of blasts at once, move at high speeds, and do so much damage. On top of THAT, he's fought more than one enemy that do all of these on the same screen. Megaman Has to be able to live by dodging. See where I'm going with this? ;)

@MrHomer2002 hardly a human, her DNA was fuzed with Chozo DNA to make her super strong, she also has been training since she was like 3 to be an ultimate weapon of justice. Also megaman can change powers when ones still in use, so when he uses flash mans power, all he can really do is grope her or something, until it runs out and she kicks his ass. The suit is practically indestructable anywayz, the bombs wouldn't do nothin

@blockboy5609 Yes but you forget that megaman can only freeze time for so long. He doesn't have Samus' weakness and Samus has 20 health bars to his one. She can outlast, outgun and overpower megaman anyday. Also bar power bombs and missles, her weapons never run out of energy. She can create black holes, sonic booms, flamethrowers, beams of pure electricity, Ice spreaders and more. move faster then megaman ever could.
In conclusion Megaman defeated a Topman
Samus defeated a CYBORG SPACE DRAGON

First, MegaMan didn't make it on to any of the Super Smash Bros. games
Second, Samus has blown up like 4 different planets
Samus has much better weapons, she defeated an entire race of space pirates, and had destroyed the metroids until people tried to bring both back.
I'm sure Megaman didn't wipe out a race.

Samus does not have better weapons. Plus, Mega Man has over 100 different weapons to use. Samus doesn't come near that amount.
Mega Man has not wiped out any races simply because he hasn't had to.
