@jamyjet This is a daedric bow, made legendary with 100 smithing. I also have maxed out archery tree except for the final perk.

@MrStormer77 So aslong i am in the water i am in the clear they will not go in or how does it work i am very low archey and well low level all around my bow is very cheap

@Rlopez20097 Pretty much yes, although sometimes they will go into certain parts of the water so be careful and move around until you find the right spot.

@Icemagor I'm not sure which bow and arrow would be best, although I would say not to waste arrows that are worth a lot. I am also unsure if doing more damage gains more exp. I do know that playing on the hardest difficulty should probably be the most effective.

@Icemagor if you want to boost, i would recommend using a weak bow w/iron arrows ( they are also easy to get and cheap ) because you get EXP for how many succesful shots you get not damage

i got 100 smithing in two days from iron daggers try it out guys cheap and fast

you could also go to angi cabin to gain a quick level of archery, i think it will give you 6 level.

@my80yearoldman If you wait awhile, using the wait command, they will eventually come back. This would be over the course of days, but I don't remember how long.

To get a decent bow at the beginning of the game goto the companions in Whiterun and go into the living quarters. I think it's in Kodlack's room, anyways, just look around for the display cases in the living quarters and just use sneak while lockpicking them. And voila you get some decent weapons and I believe a skill book for archery.

I want to start this game using just a bow and arrow. Any tips or advisments against that idea? im aware of hybrid possibiliesand such but i want to strictly shoot arrows. anything?

@SLAININFINITY I did this and it worked fine. I recommend going stealth with archery, and using sneak attacks to your advantage.

Just shoot all of them and run under the bridge in the small whole. its what i did. got 3 archery levels. and where did you get that bow. sorry even though im all about archery im using a dwarven bow.

@2333michael I think it is 90 smithing, and you need to choose the perks in the heavy armor side of the smithing tree to get to daedric.

@will3414 No problem ^_^ Another way to get high archery (although it takes a little work) you can join the dark brotherhood. Get far enough to get your very own badass horse named Shadowmere with insane health regen. Go ahead and shoot as many arrows as you like :) just don't kill him xD

In addition to this video, you should note that increasing your game difficulty will make the enemies INSANELY stronger, leading to more arrows being shot, leading to higher archery.

Also, just a tip for the easy stealth at high hrothgar, when you're slashing the greybeards (you can also raise the difficulty for this too) get the HEAL OTHERS spell. When the greybeard is weak, heal him and keep going ^_^

For anyone who cares I found something yesturday if your in need of arrows. Do the first mission for the thieves guild and then go to their base. there's a guy shooting arrows into a target and u can take them. I now have over 300 steel arrows

Best way to kill giants: not be a pussy. This tip works best for low-level players. I rape the shit out of giants, for example, using light armor and a mostly stealth build, in face-to-face combat, but I'm level 52. I've been able to do this since the 30s.
