I think that there should be a parasite pikmin. You know, bulbin before they're eaten? Yeah. Also, you said you don't like the shell. How about that red part on a spotty bulborb, only a different color to indicate that it's a hard object. There should be a blowhog that spits tar as well, for the black pikmin to be immune to.
its just sad.... pikmin 3 is apparently going to be on the Wii U, so i see no means of 4-player Co-op

maybe for the boss instead of a shell he would have like spines on his back and when he eats a bomb rock one falls off and after you destroy alll of them his back will like break and he will like crawl on the ground bitibg pikmin, then you can throw at his mouth
one thing ill have to say is that can you make that shell monster type in his 2nd phase not look too fleshy because you will make the next game unsuitable to kids if any one want to agree about that well then leave a thumbs up

They should include more multiplayer options for the next pikmin game, like have a lot of multiplayer options, but expand that into a wifi thing, kinda like Brawl and Mario Kart Wii. Battling against others like Battalion Wars 2. You can even create a unique team of 100 pikmin, I'm assuming there'll be more pikmin types so yeah.
I think the Turtle (Olimar would name it the "Quarmor") should have the first phase similar to the Long Legs, then at half health it starts digging with it's shell above the ground. At this point you should throw Purple Pikmin onto it's back to crack the shell, when it's cracked, the Quarmor would surface and start stomping in a rage. At this point you must bombard it's head with pikmin until it dies.

@ninja45689 First of all, nobody likes people who beg for thumbs up, second of all, Bulbmin could be changed to a different color, and I know the Pikmin have human-like qualities, but that doesn't mean the concept couldn't be changed.

I'm sorry, but most of the ideas you have shown are mine, and you stole them. Like: Orange Pikmin, The Green Pikmin's ability of stabbing is from my Brown Pikmin, Sludgy Blowhog, and Sparky Blowhog. I don't really know what to say... Could you edit them out and show your own? I don't wanna sound mean or anything. Regardless of that, I really liked the idea about the Explosive Cannon Beetle. It's just like the Volatile Dweevil, only way more difficult. I'd actually like to see that in Pikmin 3
@ymmot392 Actually i had these ideas written down long before you posted your first video of pikmin 3 and i had the video made and everything but my computer crashed and I just found my notebook with all of the ideas in it and remade the movie. in my notebook, orange pikmin did not have shells, but they would still be explosive resistant, i'll admit i used your shell idea. the green pikmin thing was just a coincidence i swear, and I'm pretty sure everybody thought of sludgy and sparky blowhogs.
