This is crap, im American and I know Russia has nice fighters. SU-37, MIG-35, SU-47, SU-35, are all nice. I believe they finished their T-50 stealth fighter last year to. Lets see a real comparison because EU has some nice equipment as well.

Russia builds alot of protoypes to show the world that they are still "in the game" but they can never afford to build these things in any real numbers. It's not just the airforce either...all aspects of NATO forces are superior in terms of training, equipment, morale and combat experience. WW1 would have been lost without the supplies and eventually military aid from the U.S., and without us Britain would have fell just as France, Poland, and the rest of your pathedic "world powers". Russia's male population was devistated from WW1, their revolution, and was already devistated more by that time in WW2. Not to mention Stalin killed even more Russians, Ukranians and other soviets during the cold war from his police force and starvation (I know, my family came from the Ukraine because of it). Germany had an extremely week electric grid, their production lines were going to be shut down soon.

France helped you alot, actually, they helped America so much that The France Revolution and a high state debt was the result of it.. Without France you couldnt even start a revolution.. Yeah people seem to forget that Russia is no longer the USSR. Their GDP is not even as big as the UK's. It's not just the airforce either...all aspects of NATO forces are superior in terms of training, equipment, morale and combat experience. Then we have the geographical element...NATO surrounds Russia from the NW/W/SW.
It's a silly debate to have in the first place.
