I'm owning the same engine, and i'm searching for a nice kit for this engine. The only one i founded was on towerhobbies, and it was a self buid kit... Does someone knows a balsa wood made kit for such kind of engine? I also have the same problem for a Norvel Big Mig Motor Sport .061 with throtle... The only one i founded was on the same site, and was the P51 Mustang kit... Any idea please ? !!!!
Go to Sigmfg(*)com and find their kits from Herr Engineering. They appear to have the best kits for small engines such as the .061 and the .074.
About .10 engines, there are none that I know of. I normally take an ARF (self built?) electric model and adapt it to use an engine instead of an electric motor.
Depends on what size prop and pitch you are using. My magnum .15 spins at 14,000 with an 8X4 prop. It can run up to 19,000 safely. Remember this RPM test is on the ground. Faster when in the air. I think a 7X4 or 5 prop for that engine works well.

I don't think you'll ever get that wooden bench to fly. It looks way too heavy.

LOL a bit larger engine might move the bench on wheels.
