All you assholes out there that talk shit about Lightning fans are just haters. I've been a Lightning fan since I was 6 years old, and I still drive three hours across the state to see them lose. You're just cryin' because we had one year that was really special to us, and the Flyers continue to make the playoffs, but choke. The right team won.

Don't the Lightning still draw around 15,000-16,000 fans per game? That's still pretty good attendance numbers if you ask me. Just because they don't "sell out" games doesn't mean they're playing in front of half-empty home crowds. If they are still drawing 15,000 fans, that's still pretty good in my book.

I've been a Lightning fan for years and years now, i've seen them lose, i saw them win, i'm seeing them lose again.. My fellow-fans might not be of a Philadelphia/Toronto/Detroit- caliber..
