You can tell it's a bug and that it is on the lens. It takes up a large amount of the area when it appears and by the way it looks in front of the glass doors, and on the floor at the same time it is definitely on the lens of the camera. It is distorted because it is so close to the lens. I love paranormal stuff but this one just isn't a ghost.

The apparition appears larger than the security officer as it reaches the open door - not something an insect is capable of enlarging its own outline if a few feet away from camera. That is definitely the outline of a human-figure as the head and torso are quite defined and because no human can move in such a flitting sequence, must be a ghost as they are reported to be capable of lightening speed. Yes, this is real unless technology has advanced greatly.
