A very large number of these models managed to be released from the factories with the wings being reversed but the "color scheme" being appropriate. Due to the error these models FLY LIKE TRASH due to reverse incidence in the wing... The only solution is to flip the wing upside down & switch it to the opposite side of the model. It's total bullshit & park zone customer service is giving grief & basically refus
Dude! I envy you & all your toys (AND YOU ACTUALLY KEEP THEM ALL)- lol, I've had a boatload of models but the one that brings back HORRORS is that Synapse hanging in the corner....
I have one of these too, the problem is that the battery placement in the manual is for tail heavy config, using that position makes it very unstable. If you push the battery as far forward into the battery slot as possible, past the velcro strips it handles much much better. for stable flight it should be so far forward that the velcro strip just covers the battery cables(with a normal sized 21-2200mAh 3s battery). bigger wheels is also a must on grass.
do you think this would be a good 2nd plane if i have mastered my P-51 Ultra Micro and have been flying with my blade 400 and T-rex 450 also have the Phoenix sim i have been flying 100's of hours for about a year and a half
@MusstacGaming Not really you need a computer radio like the dx6i or higher for dual rates and flight time on a plane like the large t-28 or mustang the response of the plane is too great to not have either

Take a look at my 300 vid, I have two of them and they are great planes, in the correct hands..
The problem is, selling it to people who aren't ready for it. I tell people all day long "stay in your skill level and you'll have a great time, buy something your not ready for and you'll hate it " Keep getting stick time on your T-28, and by this time next summer you'll love your 300..

@RCsMyLife12 If you have flown 4ch RC airplanes, and can do aerobatic maneuvers with them, get out of trouble situations, etc.. then you could fly the Extra. It is more maneuverable and easier to get in trouble with. But it's a lot of fun!
This seems like a fun plane. A nice change from the warbirds from Parkzone. I will have to say out of all the RC hobby companies Parkzone has the best customer service if you have a problem with a plane or part. Glad they gave the plane an 30 esc so you can use your 3 cell 2200 batteries. Thanks for the video.

@HenriC007 The extra 300 is an aerobatic plane where the P51 is a scale plane. If you can handle the P51 well then you might like this one. I use several different cameras on my planes. Search ebay for MD80 and try that one. It is around $20 and works well.
Loved the outta the box trick, nice! I have 3 parkzone planes, the older Trojan the micro P51 and the micro Sukhoi, the Trojan build (the others are 100% rtf ) took about 20 mins as I was being slow. I would recomend parkzone products to anyone, yes they are slightly more expensive that some others but the quality and durabilty is superb!

I got my extra 300 the last week. I flew it already 3 times and I am having a problem.
The rudder seems to need alot of imput in order to make the plane turn. I am using DX6i and in dual rates I have 100%. I moved the push rods to the closest hole near the rudder but I need still so much input and for some reason after I did that, when I try to turn the plane it trys to flip over.
Do I have to mix something in my TX? How can I fix this issue?
@felipesgirl35 My rudder is not set at the highest throw and I dont have problems turning mine. Try using a little aileron when turning and see if that helps.

@lowrider1812 The typhoon is still one of my all time favorites. Mine is over three years old and still flying. The last combat crash required much TLC and she isnt as pretty as a new one, but still flies great.
@anbu94 The good thing is that there isn't much to do to put a BNF together and this was the easiest so far. I had the plane together in about 10-15 minutes. It was flight ready in about 25 minutes.
@NightFlyyer It will be on the list of planes to bring. I think I'll have to use a trailer. I have gotten about 10 more planes since the last time I saw you guys. lol... Looking forward to the RC meet in August Dave.

That Mary Poppins trick was pretty nice, ha ha. I've read mixed reviews on this...what do you think of it? Good plane, good for 3D? Worth the money?

@pi3k It depends on your ability on if you will like it or not. It is an agile plane and can get you in trouble fast if your not ready for it.

Loved the outta the box trick, nice! I have 3 parkzone planes, the older Trojan the micro P51 and the micro Sukhoi, the Trojan build (the others are 100% rtf ) took about 20 mins as I was being slow. I would recomend parkzone products to anyone, yes they are slightly more expensive that some others but the quality and durabilty is superb!

Hello.
I got my extra 300 the last week. I flew it already 3 times and I am having a problem.
The rudder seems to need alot of imput in order to make the plane turn. I am using DX6i and in dual rates I have 100%. I moved the push rods to the closest hole near the rudder but I need still so much input and for some reason after I did that, when I try to turn the plane it trys to flip over.
Do I have to mix something in my TX? How can I fix this issue?

@felipesgirl35 My rudder is not set at the highest throw and I dont have problems turning mine. Try using a little aileron when turning and see if that helps.

@dolbydarma The extra 300 is acrobatic so it is a little easier to get in trouble with. I have flown the Corsair and like it as well.

@lowrider1812 The typhoon is still one of my all time favorites. Mine is over three years old and still flying. The last combat crash required much TLC and she isnt as pretty as a new one, but still flies great.

@anbu94 The good thing is that there isn't much to do to put a BNF together and this was the easiest so far. I had the plane together in about 10-15 minutes. It was flight ready in about 25 minutes.
