Keeper is allowed to touch the ball - as ball wasn't played directly to him. Had the keeper taken the goalkick - and touched the ball first - it would have been an indirect free kick to the other team.

The reason the keeper didnt take the ball is because he's not allowed to take it. Remember, you're not allowed to pass the ball to fellow players inside the 16 meter during a goal kick. But he should have saved the ball though, if he did that it would just have been another goal kick. I guess he didn't know what to do, since basically he wasn't allowed to save it. It's easy to sit on the internet and act smart, son. However, the wind made the ball go high, without the wind it would've been low.
Well I might be wrong but I was taught by my former coach that if I as a fellow player to the keeper/player making the goal kick should run into the 16m and take the ball if I'm under pressure. That would make another goal kick, in stead of risking an oposit player taking the ball from me and scoring. If I'm mistaken, then tell me what would've happened. He sure aint allowed to take the ball, he could with eas take the ball in this video, no one is as incapable as he could appear in this video.

In fact, why does americans calls football to the american football and soccer to the real football?
In which game you need to use the feet? I mean, in the american "football" they run with the ball in the hands right? They only kick the ball at the beginning... in the football you can't even use the hands, only the goalkeeper can. So, are the americans assholes?
Soccer is really football, and american football must be soccer :D

How is this a goal? Does non-league football in Germany have different rules?
I can't believe the ref didn't err on caution and at least reset the kick. I don't know many folks that would know (is it even right) to call a corner.
Still, it's a hilarious gust. Reminds me of playing youth soccer in Oklahoma in the late 70s and early 80s. You'd get tremendous dry winds ripping across the fields before a ripping thunderstorm.
