The ONLY fact that really made WTC7 worthy of this whole speculation is the fact it came down like a controlled demolition building does, and that NIST said it happened ONLY because of fire. As if it was something simple and obvious. Which is NOT. The study and analysis of COMPLEX things like this, cannot be summed up in a few general lines. But if you read the actual report of WTC7 and also watch carefully the videos, you'll see that the internal structures had already collapsed when the north façade fell.
