You may want to check your facts. Henna is mentioned in the Bible, Quran and the Torah. It is used by Muslims worldwide during Eid and weddings, sephardic Jewish weddings and for anyone who enjoys being beautiful. Ancient Egyptians also used it for hair and pest control. What is 'NOT COOL' are people who want attention by screaming any old thing when they haven't got a hot clue. Haters are 'NOT COOL' when they are ranting about nothing just to be heard, hoping someone dumber will follow.

Natural henna with no artificial ingredients is also good for skin therefore not haram like PPD would be classified if people knew more about the stuff put in some artificial cones and 'kali mehndi' or black henna. One of the many reasons it's considered beautiful, blessed and auspicious and used in conjunction with events like Eid

wow, can any Indian person tell me how can u make other colors on henna? as far as I know that henna is either black or red, how can u add some other colors?

There is no 'colored' henna. If it is black it is toxic and illegal in Canada. The 'black' you see in the videos is paste on. Henna only comes in brown and red tones. Colors are made with body safe cosmetic grade glitter and special makup glue and the colors are body paint and makup. Other materials are dangerous and should be avoided.

I only use natural henna with aromatherapy grade essential oils. Anything that appears black is either paste on in the case of dark palms that is actually a dark cherry color up close or super dark chocolate brown. It only appears black to to low quality of the video. Black 'henna' isn't henna at all, it's illegal in Canada, and unethical to use on people...unfortunately, where there is greed or ignorance, this substance gets used.

It can cause permanent scarring and chemical sensitivity disorder (this is lifelong). There is no 'black henna'...it's a chemical that rarely has any henna in it at all. Unfortunately it's used in some Arabic countries and is also known as 'bigin' and used as a hair coloring.

Mehndi will last anywhere between 4 days and 8 weeks depending on ph level, aftercare and rate of exfoliation. 2 weeks is average for most people

beautiful work. the henna looks amazing. i went to nyc to get my first henna done. it was just a vine going from the right side of my wrist to the tip of my index finger. my other fingers had three leaves at the tips. i really wanted extensive, traditional henna done on my whole hand(even though i'm not indian) but i could only afford 12 dollars :(

If you see it in 'black' that is paste on. Henna never comes in black. Black 'henna' is illegal in Canada for a very very good reason! The colors like blue and green are 'zardosi' which are a cosmetic grade sparkle that is body safe and glued on with a skin safe body glue

It is not black, it is dry paste. Super lite green has chemicals in it.
