Thanks for posting this. I got some great ideas from you to use next time I do this. I wish people would get lives instead of going on videos trying to tell people what to do. 'Please sharpen your knives', give me a break. She's the one using them. Why do you give a crap? If you don't like watching someone use dull knives then don't watch the video. People need to learn to worry about their own behavior instead of going on YouTube and trying to micromanage everyone else. Just ridiculous.

@MamaConTresHijas youtube teaches people, if a child or inexperienced person copies this and the knife slips, they lose a finger.. a 10 second part at the beginning explaining that the importance of sharping the tools will eliminate some of the risk wouldnt have killed her... if shes goig to put an instructional video on, she might as well do it right.

This is good but it looks like in cutting the pineapples, you're doing it the hard way. I saw some videos here that were much easier. You peeled the entire pineapple and kiwi which wasn't really necessary to do. Just an observation.

@MIssTouver if you were to copy this with blunt knives you will risk hacking off a couple of fingers... , it is extremely dangerous to use blunt kitchen knives at the best of times, but to attempt to smash a pineapple?? you have plenty of room to slip while using the force she had to use.. a sharp knife may seem more dangerous, but the ease of the slice removes the need to use such force, meaning less risk of a slip/sudden jerk.. which in the long run will mean you dont cut off your fingers.
