IMO Charice most definitely tops Whitney, Mariah and Celine in many aspects of her singing.
Granted, Whitney still has a magnificent tonality that is unique to her, & Mariah has a whistle register that Charice is not so good at, and Celine also has that beautiful resonance that is particularly her own.

If you like Whitney, you should see Charice's version! It gives me chills, makes me shiver from top, down. Although it's not the full song. I just got bored and checked the vid and... Oh my GOSH!, what beautiful voice! I really love Whitney, but I have found another love-- Ms. Charice. There's so much authority and power in her voice, and she has a very strong aura, one which exudes righteousness.....can't explain more..just watch ^_^

Also, I am against people mocking Whitney for her drug habits, but I am equally against people dogging Mariah. They are both legendary songstresses that deserve respect, but I do prefer Nippy.
