I actually think that the powder ski is better on trails due in large part to the extra angle iron "skag" along the outboard edges. If riding on whooped out trails, you really have to hit the front faces of the bumps fairly straight on or the powder ski will have a tendency to pull. Other than that, cant go wrong with powder ski. Huge difference between stock ski and powder ski huh? How bad are the powder ski on the trails compared to stock ski?

We use the powder ski on all of our snow bikes until spring when the snow experiences the corn cycles.
