...by-the-way, the Toyota gets an honest 20 mpg... consistently, the ford would range from 12mpg to 17mpg... no re-deeming qualities, what-so-ever!!! Additionally, I purchased the ford, after a bad experience with GM and a re-called transmission (a 1992 GMC Sierra with a 5.7 and a 700R4 transmission)... there was a recall on the tranny, after the tranny fail and I paid to have it repaired, GM refused to reimburse me.
I owned a 2004 F150 Super Crew with the 5.4 and the Lariat pkg., (no disrespect meant...), the truck sucked. If I put 10 bales of hay in the bed, it felt like I was pulling a freakin horse trailer. I had warranty issues with the cat. converters (yep both of 'em @ $1500.00 per cat., spark plugs, (which I found weren't carried by anybody but Ford dealers) and one of the coil packs. I took a lost and purchased a new 2008 Tacoma, it has a 4.0 V6, and I swear it will out pull and out run the F150!!!

The Ford 150 has a smaller V8 with only 300 or so of torque the TUndra has a 371HP and 400 lBS of torque...TUndra won this one before he hit the gas!!!!The Tundra and the Titan are better matched.!!!

Les cuesta mucho aceptar la superioridad, si gana toyota dicen q fue error de piloto, que la otra camioneta falla, y mil pretextos, y si gana chevrolet o ford simplemente dicen "esque es una Ford". Para los que aman la toyota Tundra , yo trabajo en un body shop, y conosco esos vehiculos pieza por pieza tornillo por tornillo, y me di cuaenta que la Toyaota tiene los vehiculos mas corrientes , todo esta muy debielmente diseÑnado no lo se porque, en comparacion de la F150 O de la DODGE RAM, la F 150 tiene los tornillos de la suspencion mucho mas grandes y fuertes que la tundra , asi como el chasis es mucho mas fuerte , la Tundra tiene el chasis como de chicle,

Los 2 vehiculos son fuertes, cualquiera puede ganar, solo que el piloto de la Ford se claro que no save ahcerlo, le pisa todo el acelerador y ovio al patinar las llantas se queda sin aderencia en el piso, lo cual el toyota aprovecha y se lo jala sin esfuerzo, si los pilotes se cambiaran de vehiculo, ahi ganaria la ford , ahqui gana el piloto y no la maquina,

@dannyaguirre2010 dos cosas, si le pisas todo al gas como dices, lo unico que va a pasar es lo que paso con la ford, se va a quedar pegada, y hasta si tu llegasy la empujas se movera por que pierde toda traccion, y dos, la ford no tiene motor 5.3 lts, es 5.4. lasnuevas traen el 5.0 y 6.2 en versiones v8, y sinceramente, la toyota es una mierda, aunque la ford tambien.
