  • Eh... There not as good as the US Version.

  • Okay, let me just get these tights on and...whaaa!

  • uh-oh.... I think I broke it :(

  • this was a pretty good one considering neither Colin or Ryan were in it.

  • You know what, I wanna see Jack Nicholson play Hamlet... up there in little denim tights... :-)

  • The guy on the far left looks a lot like Hugh Laurie, but he isn't. Lol.

  • Let me just get the tights on and WHOA!!! XD

  • The host seems to suck all the energy in the place Oo'

  • He's only won awards for Best Entertainment Presenter and Personality of the Year. Obviously there's something likeable about him.

  • I agree, who is the chubby guy???

  • @Jakerinthebox that's Michael McShane, he's done alot of things but whose line was definitely his best.

  • I love Jim Sweeneys "hehe" at 0:54

It's kinda charming and sort of cute ^^

  • I see Hugh Laurie crossed with Jeremy Clarkson.

  • Nah, hes more Hugh Grant and Jeremy Clarkson.

  • Tell you what then.

I see Hugh Laurie crossed with Hugh Grant and Jeremy Clarkson.

    XD

  • Why did it stop at 1:05?

  • not nearly as funny as the american version

  • i guess it falls on American vs British humour

  • I find both american and british version really funny. I love Ryan and Colin, but episode without them can also be a grat one. And Tony is just brilliant! Maybe not exactly in this one, but generally.

  • you have to understand this was before the american version. this type of stuff had not been done before, it was new ground on telly. A newer british version would also be better; all comedy in the 1980s was a bit hit and miss, as there was a new breed with "the young ones" etc who were completely different from the traditional crap sitcoms and gag-telling standup. It's like comparing "the office" to "the golden girls"

  • ... i pick the office

  • 90s comedy was fantastic in the UK. Panel based shows like this, Have I Got News For You, Shooting Stars, They Think It's All Over and Never Mind The Buzzcocks. It's very much a British sense of humour because it tends to make fools of those on the show, unlike the American one which would pair up Ryan & Colin endlessly, and make Wayne sing because it was their strengths. The US version doing the same themes and having the same 6 or 7 guests was what killed it.

  • no ryan or colin? blastphany

  • lol it's blasphemy not blastphany... and I agree :D

  • I thought of one:

    "I brought my own skull!"

  • lolz

  • doesn't the guy on the left look like Hugh Grant?

  • He also kinda reminds me of Robert Webb...

  • sorry bout the video, i will reupload.

    11/06/2008

  • That would be great to see, thanks. :)

What's here is quite funny, especially the "To Be Or Not To Be"-song and the arrogant "I've been in the business FORTY YEARS!"-actor. As hilarious as the US version is, I can't say I've seen anything quite like this on that show...

  • @WLIIAfanclub you haven't yet!!

  • @WLIIAfanclub it doesnt work

  • @WLIIAfanclub Reupload fail

  • That fall was intense, shame half the video doesn't work :(

  • It doesnt work at the end for me :/

  • Same! It goes all weird!
