Actually, I eat some of everything that I cook, but I do so in small portions--particularly if it is a high calorie food. When I cook, I try to use low fat/sugar ingredients, as long as it doesn't affect the outcome of the recipe!
I made these potatoes for my husband and he loved them. I just love all your vids, so please keep em' coming. Can you please add more crock pot recipes. Thank you so much!!

I will do some thinking about crock pot recipes--actually, you can take something like my Parmesan Chicken Casserole with Wild Rice or my Chicken Breasts with Sour Cream Gravy and just put them in the crock pot instead of baking them in the oven--they turn out even more tender and delicious! Maybe some of these will work for you?
It's a chef's knife--the best knife for slicing. Of course, you would never use a knife like that for paring. (I only needed slices for this recipe.) Thanks for your comment!

Thanks! It's really good; I just want to make sure everyone knows to put a *thin* layer of mix between the potato slices. Otherwise, it will be too salty. I don't think I needed to tell you that--I just wanted them to come out nice for you!
This is such a great idea! I was thinking that you could even do this with olive oil and italian dressing mix, or maybe something with some ranch mix... such a great idea, Betty! Very unique!
