  • Best cartoon movie EVER. OPTIMUS PRIME is my hero

  • Did anyone else cry when Optimus Prime died? And then when Hot Rod became a Prime... who else cheered like crazy in the theatre?

  • @fishman5440 No, I just cried when Optimus didn't regenerate into Ultra Magus like Megatron & his army did.

  • Awesome. Sheer awesome.

  • Light our Darkest Hour

  • this song pumps me up to watch this movie, the three scenes that gives me chills are the ones with the dinobots flying down to go take care of devastator, the other one is optimus prime transforming in mid air and shooting the decepticons and the last one is when unicron is transforming and galvatron looks in awe, fucking killer song and movie

  • ONE OF THE BEST SONGS EVER!!!

  • Autobots roll out!

  • I interveiwed this legend for a local radio co-op that i am apart of.

  • now this is the Transformers movie , Fuck Micheal Bay

  • I totally agree. I could watch the scenes where Autobots are getting blasted over and over!

  • Agreed. After watching Revenge of The Fallen, I conclude that Michael Bay is an absolute schmuck!

  • @RomanTix First film was better. Hands down.

  • best song ever

  • I still have this on VHS!!!!! I went nuts when this came out....I was 9...never thought a live action movie would have been possible....

  • My God, but the 80s were awesome!

  • Yes, almost all the best movies & TV shows as well as the music are from that decade.

  • Totally!

  • The most unfitting song of all time.

  • unfitting or uplifting? :)

  • Oh most definitely unfitting when played at the final fight between Megatron and Optimus prime. Not really the kind of music to play through fights.

  • transformers ftw >:|

  • I feel like a winner after listening to this lol. I'm nobody's fool!

    Thanks for uploading.

  • when all hells breaking lose ill be right in the eye of the storm!!!

  • very van halenesque. Not a bad thing at all.

Very 80s though, particularly in the sense that the song didn't have to have anything to do with what it was promoting.

  • My sentiments exactly. Unfitting.

  • 1986 to be exact was the year for the Great song of the G1 era

  • This singlehandedly sums up everything right about the 80s.

  • Great to hear this again.

Had it on video recorded off the good old BBC.

Not much music on tv in those days!

  • Dirk Diggler's version was better.

  • The problem with Dirk Diggler's version was that the bass was taking away from his vocals.

  • Dear God, I nearly lost it when I read you're comment. By the way, to all of us Boogie Nights fans, on volume 2# of the soundtrack audio CD, during his solo commentary track, Paul Thomas Anderson says that there's a hidden You've Got The Touch track on it.

Just a bit of a word up, as it's Mark's singing.

  • @captainbrandon1980 Actually it's on volume one as a hidden

track it plays about a minute and a half after the last track

  • ...and they probably should've sped it up a couple of octaves.

  • this song still gets me going!! and that movie rocked!

  • ich liebe dieses Lied :)

da kommen richtig nostalgische Erinnerungen in mir hoch^^

  • GREAT SONG!!!!!!!!!

  • Never heard of it, but cool! Keep it up, Luis!
