@TheCombo101 Yes, Microsoft Security Essentials is a good antivirus to run so it doesn't get into your computer by downloading garbage games or going to naughty websites. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is a very good scanner that doesn't take forever like MSE scanner. So use MSE for antivirus, and Malwarebytes for the scanner. Also I reccomend using also SUPERAntiSpyware for a scanner too, it catches a lot of bs Malwarebytes misses.

I can tel you that it seems to have problems. It let me, and another guys computer get infected with the fake AV program. It turned off my friends AV, (MSE) and allowed over 1500 bits of Mal ware to attach itself, and infect the computer. It just seems like its not ready or something. I put it on another guys computer that does not know much at all about computer. And it was just deactivated some how. After I cleaned up my friends computer, I installed AVAST. So far so good.

@heavenofficial What you are failing to put into your equation is how malware evolves. Windows 2000 is much less secure and if put up against todays numerous viruses it would do very poorly. There is more malware around in this day and age and a majority of that malware is significantly more aggressive.

Tryed and it can't compere with my BIS, it don't even have a firewall and it's not 100% protection. Know I'm using it only for scaning. I only set the MsMpSvc service on manual and disabled msseces from msconfig,becouse i don't need it to load at startup. And after I finish scaning I have to close it manualy with Ctrl+Alt+DEL just end msseces and MsMpEng processes

Bitdefender has antispyware in it. MSE also doesn't have a firewall. I think you might be confusing windows defender with MSE. If you have MSE installed uninstall it. I would also recommend using a better firewall such as online armor free.

1) Paste your links of sites you tested for others to refer or download.

2) Create 2 XP virtual-machines, and test one with MSE installed & one without MSE installed.

3) Demonstrate the pre-infection prevention & post-infection cleaning capabilities.
