Congratulations you're starting to see both parties for what they are, Democrats and Republicans are actually in collusion with one another, elections are an illusion to give us the false security that we have a choice. Electronic voting machines is another way for them to ensure they keep the power within their two party structure and to remove any opposition from a potential third party candidate or upstart opposition. Milton Friedman is another one to research...
For instance, His series "Free to Choose" from 1980 tackles the same issues that we are today...
The series is 10 one hour shows. The first 30 mins of the show is a film done by Friedman where he makes his case.
The for the following 30 mins he nad a panel discuss the film and the issue from both perspectives. It's very thought provoking and extremely interesting, especially given today's climate.

My Problem with Paul (besides the racism) is he clearly does not understand what motivates the Jihadists.
I'm not advocating doing what Obama is doing, far from it. We do need to pay attention to the states that sponsor terrorism, are trying to go nuke, or want to destroy our allies. His views on abortion are a cross section of his career as an obgyn who delivered over 4,000 children, his spiritual beliefs and an unfortunate botched abortion he witnessed early in his career. Not all states allow you just walking in to vote in Republican primary. Some places make you declare ahead of time the party.

I don't know if you can in your state but swap out your register for republican so you can vote for him in the primaries. I wish bernie sanders was running. Outside of him and maybe a couple of others, he seems like the only one that might bring change, even with his baggage of newsletters etc, he seems like the a good option compared to what else is out there, but he might actually make things worse (or better, who knows). Other than him there are no real candidates but just corporate robots who are totally bought. Let me say this, if he was elected, and nothing changed, you'd know voting is pointless.

Remember Ron Paul actually believes in following the US Constitution. There are 3 Branches and Executive branch cannot unilaterally do all the things listed.
