I like Pakistani cinnamon tea and Kashmiri tea but nothing beats a good old English cuppa.

.Ok im gunna let you all in to a secret ie the perfect brew !. first off you cant make a silk purse out of a sows ear you start with shit tea you end with shit tea (pg tetly happy shopper etc etc) and for those of you that are now saying whats wrong with pg its time to log off because until you get a real taste for tea you wont understand just how shit pg is.I use yorkshire gold ,bags or loose (same tea). Its important not to over look the quality of your water! if in doubt by spring water.

Part 2. All the super markets sell cheap spring water, go with that. The milk must be fresh and only use a drop (try adding less and less until you have a rich red tea,you will get used to it) also sugar is a no no as it spoils the brew . You can make it in a pot or cup mug etc but never use a plastic or metal mug they dont retain heat very well. 1 place tea in cup 2 add freshly still boiling water 3 let it brew 4 wring out the bag 5 then add milk,and that folks is how to make a wafter.
