He is a japanese guitarist whose name is Isao Kitaguchi. This concert was held in official at ibaraki city near Osaka in Japan in 2008. And a lot of corean guitar maker attended the guitar exhibition which was in the same time in the same place.

the tags are Korean Korean Luthier Guitar.
The tags are about whats in the video but not to be read as a sentence. The guitar player is korean, not the guitar or the luthier.
