when use the pen tool and do everything u did, when i draw lines, theyre filled up with black im using paint shop pro photo Xi btw, please reply quickly.
umm esepibe, how come when i click the pen tool and do everything u did, when i draw lines, theyre filled up with black?? im using pspPhotoX2 btw, please reply quickly.
I dont know if it has the same layout as photoshop, but when mine does that, theres a little icon in the pen tool settings with a little square and a pen in the middle, click that
You probably don't know the answer, but is this pen tool the same as the one in GIMP? Cause when I tried to use it, it din't make an actual line just what it called a path.
So, wait, are you using a tablet or the mouse? If you are using a mouse, I would be absolutely blown away...then again, the quality of your art on DA is enough to do that, but still, tablet or mouse?
The Paint Shop Pro's Pen tool has an option called "Connect Segments Mode",located on the "Tool Properties".This option is not available on Photoshop.Basically, whenever I click,a new segment of a line will be created without the need of holding the mouse button, while I drag the mouse. Also,I dont need to place the cursor at the end of the line to continue outlining! It automatically stays at the end of the last created line.
I like to use the curve before and curve after options on the knife and select tools.

Most of the options and tools in this program are similar to Photoshop.Only a few effects or sub-tools are different.
