Fastest evo ive seen is another AMS wonder and it runs a 8.75 at 165 i think. way to fast for me thats all i know!

Its farting because the two is building boost. When it reaches a certain amount of boost the wastegate has to release some of it. It seemed as if it had a little bit of lag there in the begining.
