  • That was sick! NIce work. I was really surprised and imporessed.

  • Wow!!

  • Thanks again for the great comments. I am glad you like the video clip.

  • John - awesome work - your books got me into grip a few years back and it took off from there - thanks.

  • I had the honour of training along side of Mr Brookfield, he really is a legend with the most deceptive strength the world has seen in this modern era, I live in Canada and had travelled to perform with John once let me tell you a GREAT honour he has been my true inspiration since I met him at the arnold classic in 04

  • The man would be awesome in any sport of his choosing. The arm wrestling world would love to see wrists that strong. More importantly, the generous, kind spirit that he shows when providing training information at little or no cost to anyone interested. The fact that he is a true gentleman to everyone in which he speaks is a great example and truly encouraging to others.

  • Sickness.

  • sweet!!!!!

  • J'ai du mal à y croire...

  • That's really inspirational man. I have shoulder problems and natural weakness in them, and plan to start a light kettlebell routine to try and fix that problem.

  • 112 lbs?! You made that look like a toy. Truly one of the worlds strongest men.

  • hi john. this is alfred. the one who always asks you about the 50 pound sledge hammer.

how many pounds is the kettle bell. nice stuff.

  • Thanks much for the great comment I greatly appreciate it. It is hard to imagine the force that the kettlebell puts on your grip and your core muscles when you catch it on the downward flight.

  • This is the most remarkable kettlebell feat on youtube. Incredible grip strength and outstanding physical control. Should be the most viewed kb video.

Doesn't anyone know what they're looking at! :)

  • Thanks for the great comments, I will try to put up a couple more unique clips in the near future.

  • simply remarkable!

  • And he makes it look so damned EAST too! Awesome.

  • Holy shit, that is incredible!!!
