  • maybe just for the 1 olympics then, and then back to being a wilderness sport

  • played bat and trap during the summer for years now, should be an olympic sport

  • One of the reasons I play Bat and Trap (and Lawn Billiards) is my earnest hope that neither will become Olympic sports. Mind you, I'be perfectly happy to make them demonstration sports. I'm currently the third best in the world at Lawn Billiards, so I think that deserves a trip to London in a couple of years.

  • Amazing bit of video! We've been fascinated by this game for years and made loads of apparatus to play (great fun) We're in Dorset. Thanks for posting.

  • Ha!!! International Bat and Trap tour in the future then.... Hope it all goes well !! ( how many you using per team 8's and 3's ? or 6's and pairs?

  • I play bat and trap every wednesday.... you wont find a pitch that flat anymore....potholes and bumps everywhere lol

  • It's taken I don't know how long, plus two home made shoes, one HAND whittled bat and various unkept promises, but the Woolston Lawn Billiards and Bat-and-Trap Society is tantalisingly close to being a go. Two excellent grounds have been allocated by the Christchurch City Council and with the Wonder of new Rollo Rollers, our pitch will be bowling green flat, mwa-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!

  • When is the 3d high resolution full 256 bit colour real time verson coming out on PS2.
