Well most commercials could be easily bashed. This commercial fits in that category, but I must say it contains funny comedy and a pretty funny outline. That's what most commericals lack. The top ten I must say was badly chosen as well. They left out some pretty good commericals and added in some pretty bad ones.
Now TonyFelgueiras, I don't understand how you can bash other people for bashing... This commercial wasn't bad, just lacked affects.

Hey Tony, its matt stone from USC. I really like your commercial! I like how you used the green screen. Very nice touch. Just so you know the Robert Zemeckis Center has an AMAZING green screen stage that you can use while you have a production number at USC. I used it last year for one of my projects and its coolest thing ever. ttyl :)

Noticeable improvement on keying. Very funny. However, it could have been framed a little better, since rich guy tends to lean out of the shot.
