thanks young guy, mine is different but i figured mine had to be similiar to yours so i took scew form the back but mine takes two screws and i riped it or tearing the one place were the other screw went but all in all the key board came out and i got the other screw out and ordered the new key board and will now know how to put the new one in thanks to you . some boards need three screws to remove to get the key board out

@thefriendlywolf Thanks, but I'm sorry it didn't help your situation. I'm presuming you will have to take the entire cover off, then the keyboard could be removed from underneath. But I'm not too sure. What laptop do you have?
