I have been on the kidney for 1 year for my father who has to have a transplant and his dontater is his wife my mother no one is alone out their and especaily the kidney foundation im only ten and i have a heart diese i have had sugrey and if i cansuvive open heart surgery so can my dad whit kidney diesies
This was my 1st walk in New York. I walked for a very special person close to my heart. I wish I could donate my kidney to her, but I have health issues. Im always doing ALL the walks & raising funds. we have to get out & do more.. I will be there again next year, let's hope it's not the same day as Breast cancer walk..Lol
this year was my first kidney walk at kansas city. it's not quite as much people as there is on this video, but all the supporters make the difference. one year on transplant list. first year walking, team captain (sort of) but is first for everything, next time i'll try talking to people on walking. haha! and congrats for those with new kidney(s), good luck with everything =)
I received my kidney transplant from a deceased donor 3 years ago. Though I never knew my donor's name, I am so grateful to him or her for my kidney and for everything it has brought me! :) This year will be my first kidney walk!

last years kidney walk i did not participate because the week of the kidney walk here in reno i had my transplant! i cant wai to walk it this year!
