I had that with my son & it was excruciating. I am 20 weeks with my 2nd and terrified of a repeat performance. My epidural also did not give me any relief at all. Some tips on how to turn the baby or prevent this happening would be great.
Yes....thanks for the comments. I will get the resource you suggested...this is a first cut technique to add some additional learning for my nursing students at Duke.
Good video, but an epidural only relieves the pain. It does not help mother an baby realign themselves to facilitate delivery. Read Back Labor No More by Janie McCoy King for a fabulous technique to sole the actual problem at hand.
