Im making a program that I can enter an IP address, and then it runs a script on the IP servers and searches for open ports or ports with low level security, and exploits them, ghost installs a keylogger program, takes screen shots and then emails the results to the email of my choice. im also puttin the same program on a USB flash drive. so i can use the program from public librarys so my IP cant b traced,

If anything, you would want to make a program that identifies MAC addresses as they are more likely to be unique. Try to to act too 1337 when you are making a complete mockery of yourself . Simply because most routers default settings block all anonymous pinging, therefore rendering the target demographic for viruses and hacks virtually unaffected. MAC addresses, however, are the actual unique ID's for your computer. Though these can be disguised, there is not a hard method of doing so, leaving it open to exploitation.
