Toad (the character) isn't much of an actor.  What was the point of him dressing up as a tea lady if he wasn't going to act like one?

@Inkyminkyzizwoz I know. They changed it a lot from the book. The Weasels didn't open a dog food factory in the book either, and Toad only got 20 years in jail. He also didn't fly off in a plane at the end. But that doesn't stop it being funny.
