I saw them live in Jax the other night, and this song made the entire performance. The slow build on a lot of their songs works, but sometimes it misses a little and makes me think some songs are too long. But their sound and quality are always there. The ending of this song is freaking awesome. It drinks the milkshake:)

I haven't read 1984 in a few years but i'm pretty sure this is a direct reference to it, like Fiberoptic says. At 1:06-1:07 there is a blue-screen tv (symbolizing the telescreen watching them?). You can also see them in the background of 1:37-1:44.
The "bullet in the back of the neck" is when they shoot anyone who knows too much information (near the ending of 1984, when he thinks they're going to shoot him while he's walking down the hallway).
Even the beginning can show it's relation to 1984, "tear it out of these open pages" telling how the main character in 1984 knows the truth. When he wrote it down, he had to hide the book he wrote it in (if I remember correctly) and he wants to "tear it out" because he needs to hide it from the thought police.
The "millions of men with blank faces" was everyone else that was brainwashed by big brother, etc.
Another thing, the fact that they're trapped in the glass "aquariums" is because they know the truth, so they're imprisoned (in a way) from all the others, and they're trying to get to everyone else to tell them, but no one seems to listen/notice. Towards the end, everone is getting taken away, things are being destroyed, and all they can do is watch.
