In a situation like this I believe the Mother is just as responsible as she is trying to make the company. First ? Did she not sign the waiver? Second ?, Did she monitor her son while he played. Third ?, where was she while he played in a bouncy room with adults strangers? Forth ? if she knew there wasn't enough supervision, why let your child play there. Take him somewhere else. If you take your child to the park do you let him run with adults playing football in the park? Seriously? IJS!

These are called accidents. No one thinks they're going to land on a 3 year old kid and kill them when they enter a bouncy house. No one thinks like that. I'm reading all these comments and everybody's saying that it was the mother's fault. Sure, she should have been supervising her kid better, but this was nobody's fault - just a tragic accident. I mean, most people would think that a jump house is safe, right? So we shouldn't blame the mother, not the people responsible for the jump house, and the two adults? Well, I bet you they were beating themselves up and still are. Knowing that you have caused the death of a child must be devastating.

If it was all ages she shouldn't have let the kid go on. She must have looked to see who was in there at the time if not she's stupid. If I were gunna let my kid play on it I'd look to see if there was any body or anything on that would hurt him. The mother can't really say it was the companies fault or anybody elses if she didn't bother to look and supervise the child properly. And obviously if it's ALL ages it's going to have big kids and adults on so why let your little kid on too?

It happens all the time. I've only ever seen them at backyard birthday parties, but always at some point an adult climbs in and horses around with the kid. It's a terrible accident, and I bet the two adults feel like shit.

@lokimagic well i dont know about where ur from but where im from its a requirement of the place where its at. They hire out people specifically to supervise the children, and people over the age 0f 12 arent even allowed into the playground. So the way i see it, its the play places fault. Its their responsibility by law to provide supervision for children, just like pools and beaches.

@southsidetokyo well im 18 years old so i can't picture myself having a toddler, but the proper safety precautions have to be put in place by the establishment. As in no adults on the playground, one at a time type of thing. You cant run a playground like that, only allow for one age group at a time. If it was that overly dangerous you would have heard of many more deaths or incidents at these types of places.
