  • In this case I think there was too much adult supervision :D

  • she dose not look that sad for lousing a kid

  • i was thayr when that happened

  • In a situation like this I believe the Mother is just as responsible as she is trying to make the company. First ? Did she not sign the waiver? Second ?, Did she monitor her son while he played. Third ?, where was she while he played in a bouncy room with adults strangers? Forth ? if she knew there wasn't enough supervision, why let your child play there. Take him somewhere else. If you take your child to the park do you let him run with adults playing football in the park? Seriously? IJS!

  • @YoZoe3 your a jack ass

  • "A grieving mother wants justice for her son."

Translation: The "grieving" mother wants money so she can build a nice mansion out of her son's blood.

  • ew the mom is gross

  • Word to the wise: Never let your kid get into the bounce castle at the same time as The Big Show.

  • It's no ones fault, it was an unfortunate situation turned into a tragedy.

  • Hm, your complaining but aren't you the mother that should be watching your child?

  • These are called accidents. No one thinks they're going to land on a 3 year old kid and kill them when they enter a bouncy house. No one thinks like that. And if we did, life would be miserable and boring and therefore meaningless. Although tragic, all we can do is let the accidents happen. Blaming people will not bring the poor child back.

  • @bedtimeanimal THANK you. Yet it's becoming more and more apparent it's impossible for people to think rationally

  • sucks that bitches kids dead qq harder

  • Retarded adults! WHY do you idiotic fully grown adults go in there? The only reason I can think of is if they were pedophiles maybe. They really shouldn't allow this.

  • Why would fully grown adults think jumping in a confined area with small children is a GOOD idea? She has no excuse for not supervising this, she's at fault more than anyone.

  • I'm reading all these comments and everybody's saying that it was the mother's fault. Sure, she should have been supervising her kid better, but this was nobody's fault - just a tragic accident. I mean, most people would think that a jump house is safe, right? So we shouldn't blame the mother, not the people responsible for the jump house, and the two adults? Well, I bet you they were beating themselves up and still are. Knowing that you have caused the death of a child must be devastating.

  • @Safiery My point being: It was an accident and nobody is to blame.

  • and this is why we watch our kids. people today will leave their damn kids anywhere and then be so upset when random people aren't watching THEIR kids. this is just a sad reminder that if you are a parent, you are 100% responsible for your child. there is no way at 3 let alone 6 that i would just be dropped off somewhere like that without one of my parents being right there to watch me? seriously though... where the fuck was she? too many precious children die over the dumbest reasons!

  • Oops stomping some toddler, hahaha, this is fun. Seriously how stupid can people be?

  • this is why you stop living with your mom at 18. and RIP

  • How did it happen ? did they break his neck ? were they 400 lb slobs.? did they not notice there fat asz's where on top of him ? how did TWO people manage to jump on him at the same time ? wtf ? j.w cuz this video didn't explain much!

  • I broke my foot in a jump house when I was in the third grade. When I came down, my foot was one way and another person came down on top of it and it snapped.

  • wow that is retarded. Why would they let them jump together? Are they not intelligent enough to understand gravity plays funny when inside a bouncy castle? retards. It's like they WANT children to die...

  • i wouldnt be out for the charges(money) but after the 2 who jumped on him

  • DAYUM TWO ADULTS JUMPED ON HIM!!!!!!!!

  • Doesn't seem very upset... how fucking greedy bitch you should of watched ur son shitty fucking parent

  • @FTSLEADINC NO YOU FUCKING MORON, IT WAS A FUCKING KIDS PLACE, ADULTS SHOULDNT BE HAVING FUN ANYWAY GET A FUCKING JOB DONT JUMP IN A FUCKING PLAY PEN WITH A BABY YOU BASTARD HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT SHIT YOU ARE A DUMB MOTHERFUCKER I WISH IT WAS YOUR ASS IN THAT PEN

  • @Newyorkgurl20 First thing was dumping there kid at a play place.. typical of todays parents to dump their kids at daycares and such. Next, they were not there to supervise their child had they been there and seen these adults with their kid that would be crisis averted. And if it was me in the pen I obviously would not have died genius I am not an infant.

  • @FTSLEADINC You pathetic waste of breathing air, you moron noone knows what really happened,it may have been possible the pissy as childish no life adults were jumping in the play area and the mother was watching her kid but the morons came down on the child and she couldnt get to him quick enough,my point to your branless cold hearted ass is the adults shouldnt have been their perverted asses in there with kids anyhow.

  • @Newyorkgurl20 She signed the waver... they are not liable. It was the free jump or whatever. I hate talking to uneducated morons

  • @FTSLEADINC Well I am very sure, you don't talk to yourself and the parents that made you lmaooo

  • @Newyorkgurl20 this is why black people should not be able to vote

  • @FTSLEADINC lmao wow I must have really struck a nerve. You are so pathetic, grow up you lifeless piece of shit, go get educated welfare statistic.

  • hahahahahahah how funny this is what happens when parents fail at being good parents!!! i blame the parents 100000%

  • i never would of left my child on there if adults were on there........supervision my ass

  • Why is it all the rednecks and weirdos that have kids die... and DAMN i would die too if that whale fell on me

  • @hockeylampoon92 Im sure you dying is a good thing.

  • omg wow

  • should'nt the mother have been supervising the child????

  • i am crying stupid adults

  • Your sentance doesn't make sense.

  • thats sad. If my little sister died in a jump house I would be pissed!

But mad at myself at the same time.

  • if that happed to my sister i would shot them

  • If it was all ages she shouldn't have let the kid go on. She must have looked to see who was in there at the time if not she's stupid. If I were gunna let my kid play on it I'd look to see if there was any body or anything on that would hurt him. The mother can't really say it was the companies fault or anybody elses if she didn't bother to look and supervise the child properly. And obviously if it's ALL ages it's going to have big kids and adults on so why let your little kid on too?

  • poor kid

  • That is sad. One time when i was a little kid i was in a pin thing wiht plastic balls and all these older kids started to chuck them at my face

  • lady should have watched her kid better....but she did sign the waver of liabilaty, so she is screwed.

  • Hmmm.... adults and children inside there TOGETHER? NOT cool.

  • @vitaphreak

It happens all the time. I've only ever seen them at backyard birthday parties, but always at some point an adult climbs in and horses around with the kid. It's a terrible accident, and I bet the two adults feel like shit.

  • All ages so be more careful.

  • Was it the Play Place or the baby that didn't have proper supervision? This is a sad story but the parent is the only one at fault.

  • @lokimagic if anybody here has heard of chuck e cheese same thing there no supervision 7 months ago a shootout took place at a 4 yr olds birthday

  • @lokimagic blame everyone but yourself..... it's the american way

  • @lokimagic well i dont know about where ur from but where im from its a requirement of the place where its at. They hire out people specifically to supervise the children, and people over the age 0f 12 arent even allowed into the playground. So the way i see it, its the play places fault. Its their responsibility by law to provide supervision for children, just like pools and beaches.

  • @teejay2293 So you're saying if you went to a jump house and saw adults inside jumping you would still let your toddler get inside and jump? Would you let your toddler get inside and jump with 12 year olds?

  • @southsidetokyo well im 18 years old so i can't picture myself having a toddler, but the proper safety precautions have to be put in place by the establishment. As in no adults on the playground, one at a time type of thing. You cant run a playground like that, only allow for one age group at a time. If it was that overly dangerous you would have heard of many more deaths or incidents at these types of places.

  • @teejay2293 You have to be observant of things going on around you when your child is involved. The parent should have checked inside to see what was happening before she allowed her kids to enter. You can't let your kid run into traffic and then blame the driver of the car when she gets hit.

  • How can you put a baby in such an unsafe situation and then want to blame others when a tragedy occurs?

  • its not really UNSAFE. this place was made strictly for kids. its just a FREAK ACCIDENT.

(i find it strange that the mother looked like she had no sympathy)

  • i didnt mean the Jump House itself was unsafe but it sounds like she let her baby in on the "all ages jump time." that's not safe for a 3 yr. old.

  • that is true. u are very right
