It really sucks when something of this magnitude happens where you live. I'm about 35 miles west of Charlottesville in Staunton, and this is just a reminder that you don't have to live a in big city for to have something horrible like this happen to you. I'd like to know if this girl smoked. Here is why. Most arenas which hold concerts have one set area for people to go outside and smoke at. It will be a fenced in area, where you are outside but fenced in from the parking area. Possibly this girl did not know this, stepped outside at a regular exit to smoke and was not allowed back in

Upon being locked out and unable to get back in she either naively accepted a ride from a stranger or attempted to walk and was forcefully taken.

Just my theory.

Ive been to many concerts in my younger years. Had many young ladies who never met me before want to leave with me after (or even before) the show ended. These were supposedly "good girls" and probably were good-but were out for a wild time and had a bit too much to drink, losing all judgment over themselves.

Im not blaming her, im just pointing out that allot of girls do extreme and wild things on party night and that its very conceivable that she left willingly with a guy she didnt know.

Im saying girls, especially younger 20 year old girls are extremely trusting and naive and set themselves up for trouble by trusting the wrong guy.

I could see a girl like her accepting a ride from a guy who appears normal and is close to her age, only to have him turn out to be psycho and harming her. Thats more realistic than the idea of a guy forcing her out of a crowded arena and through a crowded parking lot into a car with people around.
