  • This program made my opinion of Robin drop several levels - a non factual show, disguised as a factual program. Yes they have labcoats on but jesus christ; parallel parking!?

  • why cocaine man is also present in caveman episode? Is he an actor?

  • Why cocain man is also present in the episode about cavemen?

    is he an actor?

  • @lorenzotacco My thoughts excactly, Rob the coke user is "Robert the builder" in Caveman.

    Bloddy fake-show...watch?v=AfB3U-ZT70U at 2:53

  • I was watching this on Austar a couple of hours ago but missed the first 10 minutes! It's an interesting program and doesn't surprise me how insightless they are into how the drugs affect them. Only the girl had an epiphany when told her how old her lungs were compared to how old she is. It was then she decided to get some help.

  • Within the first 10 minutes of the show they basically admitted that someone who is on meth (or other drugs) won't be putting together a bookshelf anyway. That is a waste of drugs. You just don't pay good money for drugs and then use that time to put together a bookshelf...

I'm not saying meth or other drugs are fine and safe. I'm just saying that these tests are completely irrelevant for the typical drug user.

  • does that meth guy jeff look familiar?

  • I thought this was obvious however I haven't seen anyone post anything about it, but the 4 'subjects' were actors, and no drugs were actually taken. They were just acting out the stereotypes of each drug.

  • Joe Rogan should host this

  • Still, alcohol is worse so illegalize it first.

  • @azharkamar No! Don't you get it? Freedom of choice and personal responsibility. Why should the governments of the world make all of our decisions for us?

  • @Leaveitago lol u mad bro

yup. i heard that somewhere... hehe...... ;)

  • who even uses the word marijuana anymore? what is this, the 60's?

  • Oh, so since they didn't go over the LEGAL drugs, like booze and cigarettes, they must not be "drugs" and must be completely harmless, right?

  • where can i find this online?

  • The comments page: Basehead college kids post opinionated opinions on why the Discovery Channel is lying to them.

    What is this, the 60's?

  • KATT Williams said it best.

'how the fuck can weed be illegal.no one ever died from it. Aspirin is perfectly legal but you take 13 of those motherfuckers and it's the LAST headache you will ever have'.

everyone needs to smoke weed at some point in life. no one's life is perfect..we all need an escape to zone out and just get away. Weed is the answer and it harms no one and causes no issues like violence (alcohol). ppl need to open their fucking eyes

  • @MattMzansi Actually people have died from smoking Marijuana, impaired judgement, not being able to drive correctly has caused accidents and deaths ;)

  • @3LOADED

it's just like alcohol...it should be controlled, taxed etc. It is a drug that changes perceptions etc.

BUT not a SINGLE human being in the HISTORY of man kind has died directly from consumption of marijuana.yes you get freaking retards who do stuff whilst under the influence.

Coffee kills more people than marijuana...put it that way.

the benefits of the drug far outway the negatives.

  • @3LOADED I think he kinda covered that when he said "you get freaking retards who do stuff whilst under the influence" ---- like driving a a car.

  • @320ibeamer That is what i was posting to THEN he mentioned the car situation after i did :}

  • I watched this and all i gotta say is the marijuana guy was fuckin hilarious!!! =D

  • I watched this "documentary," and what I found was PROPAGANDA. The single "subjects" representing each drug "addiction" were put through a series of reality-show-like tests, and each behaved in the stereotypical expected manner. The "subjects" matched the "symptoms" of I think it was 5 different drugs, supranaturally well! It was exactly as if it was all STAGED, which I believe it WAS. This pic is nothing but bald-faced Drug-War propaganda, of which NOBODY should believe a single word.

  • If I could through myself set your spirit free. I'd lead your heart away. See you break, break away. Into the light and to the day.

So let it go and so fade away.

  • We all know alcohol is the biggest killer.

  • You know, if a drunk person would have taken these tests, they would most certainly done worse on all of these tests than every other person. But does that mean that alcohol is worse than meth or heroin? Of course not. So these tests are all essentially meaningless

  • @BoredomPie I agree that these so-called "tests" are contrived and meaningless, but it may STILL be true that alcohol IS worse than meth and heroin. Contrary to the message of the film, it has been demonstrated many times that RICH heroin addicts can live long, productive and healthy lives - while addicted to heroin. This film LIES about that. I also KNOW that it lies about marijuana, so I don't feel I can trust anything else it claims, either. This film is CRASS DRUG WAR PROPAGANDA.

  • Prescription Drugs, read the side effects: this drug may cause vomiting, diareah, and heart failure.

  • Did anyone else notice in the smoke house test that the lockbox was on the ground when they were sober and up on a couch or a table when they were high? I'm not defending the use of drugs (especially heroin, cocaine, and methamphetamine), but this "study" was full of holes. Don't trust television producers and medical doctors (i.e., not research doctors) to run tests.

I've never taken a drug in my life and I probably would have thrown that shelf or whatever across the room out of frustration.

  • @BrainRotMenacer But that was when he was sober.

  • At the end of the show the doctor told the pot smoker that he was at risk for lung cancer. Yeah, that is why SO many people die from pot each year (0).

  • @BoredomPie So is Smoking Weed Good oR Bad?

  • @Kode253 For most it's neutral, just a way to have fun, no harm, no benefit. But some people do benefit from it, that's why we have medical marijuana.

  • so dumb the guy who smokes pot said it makes him "unmotivated" in the part where they put a shelve together. Thats bs pot makes you very motivated and involved in simple tasks like that

  • Wow you cannot get addicted to marijuana, the people you speak of becoming useless from marijuana were useless before they ever took up pot, there are far more everyday smokers who have been successful in life then ones who have not, the ones who have not were usually born into poverty to begin with and never found a way out. You speak as if marijuana is the same as crack cocaine or prescription pain killers, if its legal to consume alcohol it should be legal to consume alot of other things.

  • What pot win first place :D

  • I work in acute mental health, I’ve seen firsthand what drugs do to people (including ETOH and THC!!) it is not only devastating to the patient on a mental health level, it destroys there body, there family life, social life, career and the list goes on… It makes me sad.You may say it’s harmless … I have seen the proof that it’s not…. a drug induced psychosis from so called harmless “pot” is as real as a nose on a face... Drug's do turn lives upside down and it will catch up with you.

  • when i can i sighn up for season 2?

  • why condem someone for exploring their own mind. Weed is not bad. people say it causes mental problems, laziness etc. i can tell u no im a personal trainer and because of that i look after myself. ive smoked for the last 6 monrths everyday. ive gotten stronger grown a bigger business and feel happier than i ever have. I was placed into acoma for a month last year and it changed the way i view thing and look after myself. For me and the people i smoke with, it hasnt had a negetive effect on us

  • @liamTHEbossDOG Weed can make you very forgetful (while in use). It can also slow your reflexes (while in use). I don't think it should be counted as a "drug", but those side effects can cause you to harm yourself in one way or another, but I believe the benefits out way the side effects. Also about it making you "lazy" or chilled out (while in use) is a good thing and NOT finding yourself working around hot metal while you're smoking it. If you know what I mean. ;)

  • when was the last time u used meth? err like 10 minutes ago... LOL

  • How about a sequel to this called "Your body on artificial preservatives--insecticides"?.....for those of us who can't afford, choose not to, or otherwise lack the resources to go organic.

  • omg, robin williams get so old :-(

  • Charlie Sheen should host this

  • @piggemy Robin Williams is known to have done a fuckton of psychotropics in the early days of his career, and he's still funnier than Charlie Sheen.

  • @metallicamoose yup, Sheen just delivers lines well.

  • wtf? why the hell is everyone talking about alcohol? it has nothing to do with drugs xP and yes marijuana is an illegal drug too. even if it isn't as extreme as doing heroin or meth.

  • @e3102bete stfu.

  • @judeh101 aww :3 you mad?

  • @e3102bete ya I am, marijuana is a plant, not a drug :P

  • @judeh101 its sometimes used by medical practitioners in chemotherapy and has emotional and chemical effects on the body. the effects are all mainly caused by THC which effects the brain. the long term effects: change in personality, a higher rate of causing cancer than cigarettes, and brain damage and addiction. its a drug dude :P categorizing it as a plant is a totally different thing from determining weather or not its a drug

  • @e3102bete Yeah right alcohol is not a drug.

  • @Taranis00 yeah believe it or not, alcohol is... alcohol :O can you believe that?

  • Comment removed

  • @Taranis00 ya then neither is weed. Alcohol is ten times as dangerous and detrimental as weed it doesn't take a study to figure that out....

  • @Booyakahshaify everyone already knows about it

  • Why would they include marijuana? everybody knows its not a drug, but a naturally grown medicine that everybody else should use.

  • LMAO cannot wait to watch this high just to see how bullshit it is

  • WHAT? Heroin Meth Cocaine MARIJUANA? That's like saying Beheading, Choked to death, Skull smashed with a hammer, and a casual slap.

  • i would take drugs with robin williams

  • i wanna do some coke with robin williams!

  • 0:21 That looks like the girl from a national geographic documentary on marijuana, so if she's talking about marijuana on this, and she's saying bad things about it, its all a lie.

  • @ReVooM Another addict defending their position...

  • @neothespian Because you can become addicted to marijuana right? No. You need to do some research.

  • Must see TV.

  • I wanna see that one

  • hahahaha this is so ironic

  • lol one question is this legal

  • duuds chill

    collegehumor com/video/6629182/dont-legalize-weed

  • Robin Williams? Hasn't he done, like, every drug? Or does he just act like it? hahaha

  • I thought drugs were illegal ?

    - Yeah, but, it's a TV show

Oh really? What about the people there, handling, buying it, their humans

    - Yeah, but they can

WTF we were all born in the same nakedness !!!!

  • dude fuck yes!

  • Comment removed

  • LOL first I see Robin Williams doing Zelda stuff now I see him on this show! Robin is such a boss! xD

  • aww no mdma

  • why wasnt ozzy the host

  • Funny how they use an actor who was once addicted to drugs...to host this.

  • I'm waiting for them to do marijuana so the guy passes out on the couch eating cheese curls with ranch watching How it's Made.

  • I'm waiting for them to bash marijuana so I can yell at them

  • @cdplayar Yep. Its only bad when its laced

  • ROB WAS A BAD COKE HEAD

  • @TheSerialTrain FINALLY SOMEONE THAT THINKS LIKE ME :D caps lock for cool

  • Alright if your treating pot like a drug you better be doing a test on alcohol too

  • @BrandonAnderson8002 tear ar plenty idiot

  • @BrandonAnderson8002 smartest thing I've read all day

  • @BrandonAnderson8002 what about nicotine and caffeine?

  • @diablostorm those too

  • @BrandonAnderson8002 amen to that.

  • @BrandonAnderson8002 1. we already know what alcohol does to people 2. where does this even come from? they're two totally different things

  • @e3102bete we know what weed does to people

  • @BrandonAnderson8002 ya and theres a lot of people who know what those other drugs do to you too. this show is more focusing on the down side to using them i think. marijuana isn't as extreme but it can have long term effects. i've lost a couple good friends because of addiction to marijuana. because it changes your attitude and outlook on things, it can change your personality, and plus it can cause brain damage from the smoke, and lung damage. like a cigarette.

  • @e3102bete actually marijuana has not been proven to cause any brain damage actually its know to help people with epilepsy using nero protectors and yeah i agree with the lung damage but smoking isnt the only way people use marijuana theres cookies brownies drinks pills lip balm and many other ways that thc can be put into the system without damaging anything

  • @BrandonAnderson8002 actually they do say it causes brain damage because of the smoke. which your right, you probably wont get that if you make cookies, or brownies. but it does effect your mentality. some people it just relaxes them more, but most people get addicted and/or become complete useless douche bags. because they just dont give a damn about anything anymore. but i will agree with you on one thing, it does have good effects. like any other drug, it just depends on how you use it.

  • Comment removed

  • @BrandonAnderson8002 You need drugs for that?

  • Why can't I be in this show :(

  • lol "when's the last time you used heroine?"

    "like 2 minutes ago?"

  • you people who disagree of drug use on TV for educational purposes should keep in mind that theres need for raise awareness about their effect on people specially youth. that's why Robin William is in it.

  • I smoke Rocks... Crack!

  • @theXIXth Weird as it is, it's legal to show drug use in a documentary or news piece. Just watch any episode of Intervention. For some reason education > laws.

BTW: my father takes synthetic heroine for his deteriorated spine on a regular basis. Granted it comes in pill form and not some powder from a shady source, but it does have the same physiological effects. He and many others could easily do that part of the show without going through the usual loopholes a show on drugs has to go through.

  • sorry but i cant take this stuff serious if robin williams is in it lol

  • Yeah you can get studies approved by the DEA somehow. Look at the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies. They're studying the therapeutic potential for LSD, mushrooms, and MDMA.

  • wtf haha thats... very... how is this legal

  • so these people got to legally use these drugs for this?

  • They should do Marijuana vs. Salvia, or that synthetic shit. (Even though Marijuana is no drug) ..just to prove how harmless Marijuana truly is. Some of my friends got into that synthetic shit... now I dont know them. =\

  • @xTRVLNMANx same hear, the synthetic stuff will destroy you and you will become dependent on it :(

  • @xTRVLNMANx Actually marjiuana is a drug, most people that smoke it use it as a "Herb" to avoid feeling like a druggy...

  • @Canadiankiid93 everything that causes a reaction in your body when injested in any way is considered a drug: Caffeine, Alcohol, Energy Drinks, Tobacco/Nicotine, Meth, Opiumm etc...

  • @TheSerialTrain k, i didnt really ask for an explaination, you should read who i was replying too.

  • @Canadiankiid93 The more you know. Pass the word around :D

  • @Canadiankiid93 you're why people don't like canadians

  • @flintroll187 why because i tell it like it is?

  • we already know what happens by watching Robins career....You get really high...then you crash down.....hard....forever.....

  • now thats something intresting...

  • @theXIXth

    impossibruuu.....

  • so sunday in the US next year november for canada?

  • real drugs + robin williams = ?

  • @theXIXth not tv, hbo

  • Why don't they use alcohol or some common perscription drugs? Now that would be interesting.

  • Don't know if this is true or not, but a friend told me that Robin's son is a drug addict, and Robin has been known to dabble in practically anything. Maybe he cleaned up his act, but his son hasn't. Hope my friend is wrong. (my friend actually went to Robin's son's house and partied.) The only drug I take is xanax for a panic disorder and anxiety prescribed by a psychiatrist. Never touched anything else, and I hate the taste of alcohol, even beer. Will watch Discovery on this subject.

  • I wonder if they will include any artistic challenges, I believe that is where drug use really shines.

  • I'm so sorry... but I don't think I'll be able to take this show seriously with robin williams hosting haha

  • @theXIXth You should watch dutch television we have an tv show called 'Spuiten en slikke' we use Marihuana cocaine Even Xtc Its an fun show even childeren watch It!

  • I dont understand why the keep using celebs to host.. I mean, the show on it's own is good enough to just have 1 likable host. It would give it more of a "face"

  • I wish this was available in the UK.

  • @theXIXth of course they will you noob head

  • @theXIXth medical experiments. It is possible

  • Interesting ,Robbin Williams.Yes def should have included one of the biggest killer of all a Alcohol .

  • Too bad this show isnt coming on in belgium for like a year

  • @creeperd7 You "get" it as soon it gets out if you know how to "manipulate the internet".

  • i dont masturbate enough

  • ROBIN WILLIAMS I(S AWESOME

  • Should've included alcohol in my opinion.

  • Comment removed

  • robbin fucking williams. fuck yeah

  • @theXIXth in the name of science u can use drugs :))

  • Comment removed

  • im a carrot

  • Shows like this are SO RETARDED. First off, they wont even do alcohol even though its considered a drug by the US government. People who do drugs arent supposed to be doing any sort of activity JUST LIKE how they arent supposed to do anything while drinking. Its dumb shows like this that keep marijuana illegal cause RETARDS watch it and take in the WRONG information. FUCKTARDS

  • Comment removed

  • @nuclearthreat545 i dont see you making any shows

  • @nuclearthreat545 so by you're response I tke it that you use drugs like Marijuana....and who says people who do drugs aren't supposed to do anything...people do whatever they want when they want even if they are high.

  • @nuclearthreat545 why dont you study, and when i mean study i mean use real information, about all the drugs effects and then tell us what you think cause only logic is not going to legalize any marijuana...

  • @nuclearthreat545 shut the fuck up... you're a discrace to society! -_____- drug users retarded pests!

  • @nuclearthreat545 this is a really good show, and you never know they might do one on alcohol

  • very appropriate robin willians hosting this show

  • @theXIXth Doctors prescribe it you retard

  • Why is Robin Williams on this show?!

  • @icewerewolf99 because he is a father and knows about drugs

  • @theXIXth Its for science!

  • I masturbate a lot.

  • @Thirsty4Jizz so do I!
