  • You're so happy Kade... :D

  • hopefully I will be done with medical school and working in the medical field. Not sure which field i want to specialize in.

  • Damn dude! You have an amazing house!

  • yea its kinda hot! lol

  • Sorry about that wasn't paying attention I ment Lu :)

  • Yeah Lu but I live in North Carolina

  • hmmm.. in 10 years i WILL be a nurse, i WILL be married to the woman of my dreams whom i have been dating for 4 years already, i WILL be happy. then kids =]

  • In other news I bet Iowa just legalised same sex marriage just to be cooler than another state for once...

Iowa's all like "haha suck on THAT California WE ARE TEH GAYS AND COOLER THAN YOU! LOWLZ!

and California is all "since when is Iowa cooler than me bro?"

poor un-cool California you just go PWNED by a state that sounds like a very cheap wine

  • Did you have fun with Luce? :)

  • with Lu? yeah! i had a blast.

    north carolina is gorgeous.

  • "The mailman needs to slow down"

Why the heck is that so damn funny?

  • haha. i have no idea!

    nonsequitors for the win. :)

  • xD i couldnt stop thinking about the the wind chimes kinda went along with the mood.... ^^

    D: suspenders... xD

  • really? very rad. it was totally unintentional. haha.

  • you look like foggel from superbad

  • i do?! that's a first.

..is that a good thing? :p

  • those chimes were awesome, lol, the whole time I felt like I was going to get beamed up

  • Hahahahaha. Best comment ever.

  • agreed.

  • haha. you and scotty both!

  • Its fabulous to know that other states are legalizing same sex marriage. It lets me know that if I get married in Mass, where I currently live, I don't have to be stuck here. =) I really hope the courts in Cali decide to overturn Prop 8.

I love your positivity! Your optimism brightened up my day.

And as for ten years from now, I want to be acting in films, married, have a house, and maybe one or two youngins. =)

  • options are definitely a good thing!

here's to having at least fifty!

  • PS in Scotland, 'suspenders' are what we call a garter belt -- so you can see I was like, huh? - but just for a mo'!!

  • hahahahaha.

i would have been WAY confused too.

    that's so funny.

i so meant the chest kind to hold your pants up.

  • FYI, in the UK 'pants' means underwear!!! Between your pants and the suspenders, things are really getting weird :-p .... Hope Easter rocks for ya!

  • Kade for president!

  • fuck...im in NC

i didnt know you were around =)

    LUFF SARAH!

  • i was on a secret mission. ;)

  • Air high five back at you. You should move to Iowa! In 10 years I will have been married for 10 year to my beautiful partner of 7 years currenty. We will be legally married this summer or fall! We will also probably have adopted a couple of kids by that point and hopefully be a professor and a park ranger. oh ~ and come visit Iowa anytime! The State Fair is the best... since you mentioned likeing to just eat and eat. It is good people watching too!

  • the only thing i like more than eating,

    is people watching! :)

congrats on such an amazing milestone in your life. i wish you both the best of luck. go iowa!

  • :) :) :)

  • ten years from now...i have no idea... =]

  • I love that you have learned that very valuable lesson. Happiness is a choice and you can either choose to be happy then or choose to be happy now. :D

  • exactly, my friend, exactly.

  • I live in NC but I've only been to Asheville once and I don't even remember that

In 10 years I hope to be in law school

  • you should visit! there is this amazing little cafe downtown called the early girl eatery. seriously best breakfast i had in the whole state. :)

  • Asheville is the place for good breakfast. Next time you're in town, head over to West Asheville and try Sunny Point -- there's a killer breakfast! (not to discount Early Girl, it's also really good).

  • cool, & windchimes

  • Asheville sounds awesome! I'm hoping I'm gonna be a dance in an awesome dance company. Hopefully I'll have had a child with some amazing woman who I love. And if everything works out how I'd like, I'll be in Australia with my family chillin with the kangaroos. =)

  • YOU WENT TO ASHEVILLE!??!?!?!?! DAAAAAANG. Wish I'dve known... I would've told you the best bar to go to (if of course you are into that)

  • i'm sure there will be other trips.

you'll get another chance to give me the lowdown, for sho. :)

  • The mailman needs to slow down... LMAO

    Much love!!

  • you r so cute you had to be in america

  • why thank you.

just luck of the draw, i guess.

  • YAYYYYYY IOWAAAAAAAA!!

WTF California?????? Where the hell are we anyways?

  • seriously. jump on the bandwagon of love already!

  • Go Iowa *air high fives*

  • The weather has been nice here in Texas lately.

In 10 years I'll be 29 and I hope I'm out of med school and well into my residency as a surgeon and succeeding in that.

    Have a great week.

  • ches, that's so rad. if i ever need to be stitched up, i know who to call. :)

  • Yeah I'll be orthopedic so if you ever have any broken bones or torn ligaments I'll fix them. (Hopefully you won't ever get hurt and need an orthopedic surgeon.)

    ;)

  • Well I can honestly say that I have absolutely no idea where i'll be in ten years....don't even know where i'll be in ten minutes most of the time!! But I kinda like it this way....

  • Kade Clark-Air High Five back at ya

  • The news about Iowa is great. What's also great is that from may first on, marriage in Sweden is open to same sex couples. So that makes 7 countries and a few areas in the USA so far.

  • woot! woot! hopefully in the next 10 years people will stop being so hateful and same-sex marriage will be allowed in many more places.

  • what are you majoring in?

  • film and advertising.

  • You have good taste in Chimes my friend. :}

  • look at that beautiful texas porch!

  • It was real cold earlier today but it turned out to be nice.

    :D

  • I loved the windchimes.

  • the chimes are beautiful.

  • aahh my family is there right now...i would have tagged along if i knew this was going on!

  • Hi, Kade. I'm turning 31 this month. I think the biggest difference between when I was young like you and now is that now there is no more "goofing around." You become dead serious. Life or death.

  • really? well you, my friend, are not exactly one foot in the grave just yet. i hope that you find some time to goof around again soon. because after all, we're all big kids at heart.

  • Nice place you got there but as for the old man thing.....You got a ways to go yet on that..... :P

  • I responded to Lori's vid this week. Thanks for taking us to your front porch - I think the front porch is a lost and much missed place in our culture. Nice chimes too, btw. I always enjoy hearing your perspective Kade. It's revolutionary that you fantasize about your own old age. Trans folk 25 - 40 years ago would never get there in one piece. You've made it! xoxoxo

  • lmao the old man part furreal made me laugh.

  • Awesome video, I too think that concentrating on the present day is beneficial towards having a happy life. I also think planning for the future helps guide you with some of the harder decisions in life. 10 years .. hmmm .... I'll be 26, hopefully established Graphic Artist, have knowledge of the 'important' in my life, have a way better understanding of myself, and to continue to be a part of every equalization rally/group/ whatever it be; in the city that I live in.

  • Your Awesome Kade!! Nice Porch!! Lets All Move To Iowa!! :P

  • i am jealous of your porch!

  • Texas rocks! Yay!

  • You are so full of life, it makes me smile ear-to-ear.

    :D <3 <3 <3

  • *air high fives* hell ya we are ahead!! feeling pretty proud to be an Iowan

  • I like the way in which you live for today, as that seems to alway allow tomorrow to be better.

I can never imagine myself retired, so I hope that by ten years from now I am at least in a position where I can work as much or little as I like.

  • You are great.

Your attitude makes me smile. =D

  • You're soooo cute Kade!! I'm pretty sure the house passed Vermont's gay-marriage bill today. However, I think the governor said he would veto it :(

  • I'm so happy!

And I like suspenders a lot.

  • I think it is just fabulous!!!! Iowa is suddenly looking really good. Makes FL look archaic. Your porch and yard are just beautiful. The windchimes are lovely. Your outlook is great...we can't always be so far ahead of ourselves that we miss out on our life as it is right now! Then, we'll never ever be truly happy.
