  • Are you aware of the common causes of foot pain?

  • Please tell me how can i get that arches!!

  • people with arch problems should maybe invest in a foot roller, i use one when i sit at the computer and it works miracles.

  • @gamerdood3 where can you get them? and how long did it take for it to take full affect?

  • can you hear what she is saying?

  • wow --- yes ! it gives immediate relief - feels nice as well. But after a while the pain returns...

  • This website helped me with my problem... cyberpt

  • Massaging my own feet! Why didn't I think of that? I'm just starting a new running regimen and very concerned about my chronically painful and flat feet. Maybe this will help me!

  • I just did it and my foot so relaxed it feels a limp after 20 sec. lol

  • i did this it felt good as hell

  • Any recommendations for inner hip flex.. therapy? To be specific, the discomfort is just below my lower abs on the right side. I've been icing and resting but would like to know any rehabilitating exercises.

  • Thank you.

  • Good video with very useful tips but PLEASE!!! Improve your sound quality.

  • why is the sound so low. m speakers are turned all the way up

  • you should see the foot pain that flex gets in my video.

  • This massage technique will do nothing for plantar fascitis. Plantar fascitis basicly means "foot hurts". You need a clear understanding of all of the structures of the foot and lower leg. Addressing "foot hurts" means the ability to determine fibroses and ineffeciencies throughout the entire lower leg and foot. This includes indentification of nerve entrapments.

  • doesnt plantar fascitis means your fascia has inflammation?

  • Plantar Fascitis can be a poor translation of the navicular and the cuboid, entrapment of the plantar nerves, fascial tension from the achilles shortening, lumbrical or interossi fibrosis.... The fascia of the foot is rarely the cause of actual foot pain.

  • still, massage will help increase the blood flow to the foot structures, lessen the pain if the foot is not yet on a chronic stage of any type of condition.

  • wow you guys need to hire a sound tech

  • dirty foot

  • its not dirty. That is the pressure zones of her foot and more blood flows to that part. notice how white it is along her arch is?

  • hehehe i agree.

  • this need to done with another female, that way it wound be fun
