  • bullshit!

  • I doubt it would work with this cheap gear. And even if it worked like that, you'd run into problems:

The angle of incidence very much limits were you can put the receiver relative to the laser.

Furthermore you'll need a infrared laser pointer in order to not be noticed.

Then you need a camera that can see infrared in order to aim.

(And this is just from the top of my head)

@ironclad452 But yeah, the gubment is totally stupid, if they can get something working for $20 from you…

  • i Hate the little guy he is a fool !!

  • Penn & Eraser

    "Ph.D Candidte?"

  • @MrPatrickHenryCheryl Meaning he's in the process of obtaining a Ph.D. If you're a candidate, it usually means you've passed qualifying exams but you still need to finish classwork/your dissertation.

  • @boekelnj

    They spelled it "Candidte."

  • Nope no lie...we learned this in physics...pretty cool stuff

  • did he say rectal scans??

  • Lol. Obvious lie.

  • There are laser listeners

  • "SHUT, THE FUCK, UP!!"

  • householdhackers made this :F

  • they will see the laser in the room

  • Disovri Chanel speled "Candidate" rong.

  • @TheFunSeed Candite is a place in california.

  • This was NOT 100% informative!!!

  • hmmm...skeptical...Light can't actually cary vibrations as it has no mass...tellin' a lie?

  • @BennyMcBabe it doesn't need to carry vibrations, the vibrations from the material the laser reflects off of change the frequency of the returning beam of light tiny amounts which the receiver then converts...

  • @tonydmakintea Alright, thanks for clarifying you two.

  • @BennyMcBabe Light can carry vibriations in that the vibrations from the sufrace are enough to move the light so it is actually flickering the flickering is then picked up be the reciver. Its kinda like morse code but with sownd waves.

  • @FPandaProductions The light isn't vibrating but the angle at which it is being reflected from the window is changing as the glass moves ever so slightly (maybe that's what you meant). With the right angle choice a very small shift in the window translate to a measurable change in the light's path. This is used in AFM imaging to take images on the nanoscale; they bounce a laser off a lever connected to a tiny tip that interacts with the atoms you are 'looking' at.

  • I can build it for $20 -- the government will still spend $1,000,000 ... gotta love it

  • @ironclad452 I bet the government equipment is much more expensive the quality of it and the results from it.

you can make it for about 20$ with the cheapest and lamest parts , however I don't believe the government pay so much for it.

  • @ironclad452

Except the government will have it 10 years before you've even heard of it...

  • @TheScarletSonata NEW LASER DEVICE! wtf is a laser?

  • @ironclad452 then why dont you, thats a pretty good profit. you wont because you know that you made a silly statement for easy thumbs up. the reality is that devices used by military is not the same as cheap garage constructions.the quality, range, and reliability of these are no way on the same level. and in case you missed it, this home made device has 2 huge limitations: it requires a clear line-of-sight between you and subject, and requires subject to be standing right next to a glass window.

  • damn yo show it actually doin that for reall

  • No im 7th its my favorite number bitchassmofucka

  • 7TH !

  • The only problem is that not only the sound IN the room is bouncing back from the windows, also street noise...

  • @webnut2000 well considering you are in the street I am sure you will be able to record what sound is being made in the street and use a program to remove that from the "sound" produced by the laser from the reverberating window. Not really all that complex they have really freaky programs used with radars to remove background emf "noise" and to clean up the reflected radar picture from the ionosphere.

  • @webnut2000 this is false: the receiver captures back the feedback of the laser which is not biased by the other noises because the laser here acts kind of like a sonar or an ultrasound.

  • now there's alot of people going to try this Thnks lol

  • household hacker did this already lol

  • @kdknitro When and where?

  • @drybone12 go to house hold hackers channel and search for spy laser

  • @kdknitro and?
