Second of all, nobody is being discriminated against because EVERYONE has the right to marry someone of the opposite sex, and nobody has the right to marry someone of the same sex. First of all I just want to say, supricky, you rock! This is a great video. I also had to laugh every time I heard the arguement, "They will teach it to our kids in school!" The kids probably learned more about gay marriage from the media coverage of the prop than they would have in a school. If anything would've been taught in school it would've been in a history class 50 years from now about how California made one of the biggest leaps forward in human rights since the civil rights movement.

Most kids these days have already heard of gay marriage, I should know, I go to school with them.
And it's not bad to teach a kid about other cultures, races, lifestyles, especially since our society is so diverse and it's important to teach compassion because everyone is NOT the same.

Why should there be any confusion. People give money for more than one thing. Christians can give money for both Prop 8 AND to the Homeless Missions around the country AT THE SAME TIME.

First of all I just want to say, supricky, you rock! This is a great video. I also had to laugh every time I heard the arguement, "They will teach it to our kids in school!" The kids probably learned more about gay marriage from the media coverage of the prop than they would have in a school. If anything would've been taught in school it would've been in a history class 50 years from now about how California made one of the biggest leaps forward in human rights since the civil rights movement.

Most kids these days have already heard of gay marriage, I should know, I go to school with them.
And it's not bad to teach a kid about other cultures, races, lifestyles, especially since our society is so diverse and it's important to teach compassion because everyone is NOT the same.
But what about enforcing beliefs onto children? It's really RELIGION who's corrupting our youth.

INCORRECT. The reason ANYBODY does not go to church is because of SIN in their lives. The homosexual is not the only group of people to avoid God's Word on Sunday morning. There are 1000's of GOLFERS who would rather play 18 holes than hear what God wants them to know about SIN.

Because of the SIN that consumes YOUR OWN LIFE, you live in rebellion to God. The SIN that you embrace also BLINDS you to the TRUTH. I assume you are a college student. If so..STOP drinking the KOOL AID the world keeps dishing out as acceptable and normal. Homosexuality is no more acceptable than prostitution, adultery, incest and fornication.

The thing I AM confused about and really, don't you find it incredibly stupid too, that people kept raising money for supporting Prop 8, when they could be giving homeless people a chance to life for example? Or doing some other good cause?

Why should there be any confusion. People give money for more than one thing. Christians can give money for both Prop 8 AND to the Homeless Missions around the country AT THE SAME TIME.

Sorry I just can't see how Prop 8 benefits anyone at all as opposed to the Homeless Missions. If you have money to spare why not spare it on a cause that definately does good, than on one that spreads more hate and unhappiness? But since you think being gay is actually a sin then of course you cant understand my viewpoint.
It's like saying you having brown eyes is a sin. would you pluck them out if it was? O_o Since you were born with it and it doesn't really affect others it's ok with me.

I always laugh at the church will lose it tax exemption argument. In my opinion all churchs should lose their tax exemption so that a pluse for me.

Also homosexuals say they are rejected and discriminated against. In the very near future and happening now anyone who speaks out for God will have their rights taken away. The scriptures will be seen as intolerant and hate speech. I will be someday locked up for believing in my right to be able to Love God with my heart they way homosexuals say they love their partners. It's happening now. For I will be rejected and hated for his names sake, and persecuted. As the scriptures say will happen.

I think your talking about hate speech laws. Yes? I disagree with them. They are a poor attempt at squashing the true problem. Restricting speech isn't going to help. Education and open dialogue will, not modifying free speech under the first ammendment.

Actually I was commenting here long before you came here look at the logs here. Have you ever in either video seen me talk about sex? No I thought not. And lets get something straight here heterosexual have anal sex as well. I didn't bring sex up, I don't debate on the sexual aspect because that is not what this is about. You bringin up the sexual aspect shows that you have no more ammo and are shooting from the hip.

To you Christ doesn't exist and the bible is not true so how can you say how or how not I am being? Thats like saying your being naughty and not nice when I don't believe in Santa but you do. Jesus said Go and sin no more and it is written I must warn people that without Christ they will die in their sins and go to hell. That is what I am doing. I don't always do it in a Christian way I understand. Thats why I refer people back to the message and the word of Jesus. He will set them straight.

Because I've read the bible and went to a christian school. I use it to show your own ignorance of the book you claim to love to much. And if you are admitting that you don't do it in a christian way that means your are conscious of your actions, see them, and choose not to imporve your own behaviour. And yes I do believe in satan =D he's in the heart of every person alive. Not some mythical creature sneaking around tricking us into horrible deeds.

I can agree with that, but does that mean you believe in original sin? As in the garden story? How does satan enter a persons heart in your opinion? Was it always there? See I love homosexuals because to me I believe we are all born with sin in our hearts to go against God. Opposite of God is Satan to me. And yes allot of times I get upset and push the Post Comment button and say shoot that wasn't very Christ like, that is why I left the other video, I was getting upset and lashing out.

Animals kill other animals, humans kill other humans. Does that make it right, no. No one is trying to justify homosexuality by stating that it happens in the animal world, only using it as proof that it is genetic and not a choice. Animals are not a good way to set our moral compass, but they make dandy examples of genetics.
