I want to get my hands on a movie theater projector. Then focus it's image onto a 32" display. Basically the same clarity as this, only the size of a standard TV. Too bad that hardware is too costly to be feasible and you wouldn't be able to use it for anything except movie reels.

The displays on the back of the newest Canon DSLRs have a pixel density of 500ppi, which is finer than this. The 3" screens have approximately 720p resolution.

@DouglasMcK Whether they are or not, they're not the reason why that guy is seeing the 3D effect. Notice that at 1:21 another guy comes in to show them off? He watches them, too. And it works for him, too. Regardless if they're active parallax glasses, or simply big thick nerdy-frame glasses, or a person with contacts or no glasses at all, this thing still works. Not quite in the same way as the 3DS, but similarly enough, showing different images to each eye.
