Jesus man, I am a fsx fan and before this vid I hate x-plane (played demo once) but this change my mind... Is there no way to combinate fsx and xplane10? :p that would be awesome!

Is xplane10 cpu related, just like fsx? Or more gpu related?

@Riichman Actually it is intense on both. If you turn on HDR and shadows it kills your gpu and if you turn up the number of ai aircrafts it kills your cpu.
