@jgui0888 You had two referendum votes one in the 80's the other in the 90's, Quebecker's choose to stay apart of Canada. The government constantly throws money at Quebec to keep them happy. Compare what Quebec gets to the rest of Canada's provinces.

@wallborrow Tu le prends un peu trop au sérieux... Une partie du problème du "déséquilibre fiscale" est que tout les provinces beuglent la dessus depuis 1920! Hors, ceci portent les Ontariens à accuser le Québec de tiré plus que sa part, les prairies à accusé l'ontario et québec de tricheur... Et les maritimes, dans le processus, ont l'impression de ce faire un peu fourré par manque de poids politique. Bref, pointé du doigt est la réalité du quasi-fédéralisme au fort régionalisme du Canada.

@wallborrow D'abord, ce n'est pas une confédération... L'idée étais de crée une fédération par l'acte confédérale. Cela a raté par crée par une forte "dévolution" qui a apporté un manque de structure formelle par rapport a l'Allemagne (par exemple). Mais ce n'est pas une confédération pour autant - une confédération fonctionne dans l'autre sens, les provinces "décident" du pouvoir de la capitale.
Présentement, c'est juste un bordel ou tous crie pour avoir une plus grand part du même gâteau.
