Im not trying to be mean in saying this and please just take it as constructive crit. The ball, the weights etc, arent doing a damn thing for you. BEING HONEST..NOT MEAN..remember this. Your arms weight probably 3-5 times what those weights do and you need to be doing 10-15lbs more than what you are to actually work your arms more than they do during just average daily movement. Keep it up and you'll get there girl, totally in your corner and wish the best for you. Diet first!
One important thing you need to remember when working out or wanting to lose weight is to be positive and minimize stress which is linked to keeping stubborn belly fat and gaining it. Just keep in mind you CAN do it, it may be hard or repetitive but in the end you'll benefit greatly from it. I'm doing p90x for my own health benefit currently and believe me I want to quit, but I don't and keep going.
Wooo! Thanks :) And yes, haha I do. I would mix up a lot of my other music, but most of it is in Itunes, and when I try to move music from iTunes to Windows Movie Maker, it freezes up :(
keep up the great work! even if it's just a few minutes a day on a day when you are not feeling all that motivated still helps. if you start feeling bored just find another form of exercise. heck just turn on the music and dance.
