I have thought about Eric's indoctrination quite a bit, and I can only hope that one day through exposure to counterargument and honest introspective evaluation he will realise that, just because someone is your biological father, it doesn't mean everything they say is necessarily correct. At some point you have to think for yourself.

If the day ever comes when Eric can admit that even one of his father's arguments is a logical fallacy, I'll want to be the first to shake his hand.
