Very few artists create their best work pas the age of 30, let alone in to their 50s and 60s like this songwriting great. That his craft made him a squillioanire - mostly via the Bodyguard OST - while seeing him maintain his credibility is just poetry. I love Nick Lowe.
Hey Nick, Great Song, I love it and if I close my eyes I can see Al Green singing this song and its 1974 again! Not a bad thing, Al should cover this song.

This is a textbook example for rockers on how to age gracefully. He's older and mellower, but his talent as a songwriter is in full bloom.
